Microprocessor Structure with Ratio Control Action Based on Annotated Paraconsistent Logic

Resumo: This article presents the construction of a micro-controlled structure with algorithms based on Paraconsistent Annotated Logic composing a network of signal analyzes with the purpose of acting as a reason station in loop control for liquid mixture. The Paraconsistent Ratio Station was implemented on an open-source Arduino electronic board that has an ATmega328P microcontroller. The ratio control is configured with two controllers acting with PID-Proportional+Integral+Derivative actions and this type control action is widely used in industrial mixing processes. One of the main problems in this type of control is that there are imbalances between the communication between two controllers when there are changes that do not adjust the set point and the controlled variable, causing percentage differences between the quantities or that can make the quality of the final product unfeasible. Therefore, the objective of the research was to contribute to mitigate the harmful effects on production when changes are made to the controllers set point. In the proposed algorithmic structure it is used algorithms based on Paraconsistent Logic (PL) that is a non-classical logic capable of supporting contradictory signals that makes it advantageous to its application in relation to classical binary logic. The hardware of Paraconsistent Ratio Station was simulated in the laboratory and in an experimental control scheme, presenting superior results to ratio systems that use conventional logic.

La estación de relación paraconsistente se implementó en una placa electrónica Arduino de código abierto que tiene un microcontrolador ATmega328P. Por lo tanto, el objetivo de la investigación fue contribuir a mitigar los efectos nocivos en la producción cuando se realizan cambios en el punto de ajuste de los controladores. En la estructura algorítmica propuesta se utilizan algoritmos basados ​​en Lógica Paraconsistente (LP) que es una lógica no clásica capaz de soportar señales contradictorias, lo que hace que su aplicación sea ventajosa en relación con la lógica binaria clásica. La Estación de Razón Paraconsistente fue simulada en el laboratorio y en un lazo de control experimental mostrando resultados superiores a los sistemas de razón que usan lógica convencional.Apresenta-se neste artigo a construção de uma estrutura microcontrolada com algoritmos baseados em Lógica Paraconsistente Anotada compondo uma rede de análises de sinais com a finalidade de atuar como uma estação de razão em malhas de controle de mistura. A Estação de Razão Paraconsistente foi implementada em uma placa eletrônica open-source Arduino que possui um microControlador ATmega328P. O controle de razão é configurado com dois controladores atuando com ações PID-Proporcional+Integral+Derivativo e vem sendo muito utilizado nas plantas industriais em processos de misturas. Um dos principais problemas neste tipo de controle é que apresentam desequilíbrios entre a comunicação dos controladores quando ocorrem mudanças no ajuste de set point e na variável controlada, ocasionando diferenças percentuais entre as quantidades, o que pode inviabilizar a qualidade do produto final. Portanto, o objetivo da pesquisa foi contribuir para amenizar os efeitos danosos à produção quando são feitas alterações no ponto de ajuste dos controladores. Na estrutura algorítmica proposta utiliza-se algoritmos fundamentados em Logica Paraconsistente (LP) que é uma lógica não clássica capaz de suportar sinais contraditórios, o que faz com que seja vantajosa a sua aplicação em relação a lógica clássica binária.
