Resumo: Educational technologies that facilite the teaching-learning process in the area of chemistry are importante tools that contribute to the significant construction of knowledge. Didatic materials that combine theory and pratice help to understand the content. The main objective work is develop na educational, interdisciplinar booklet, wich integrates the disciplines of Chemistry, Microbiology and Biochemistry, addressing the topic of alcoholic fermentation. To prepare the booklet, initially, a literature review was carried out on topic of alcoholic fermentation, and, secondly, pratices were selected that contibuted to addressing the interdisciplinarity between Chemical, Microbiolgical and Biochemical knowledge. The booklet was presented to 41 students at federal school, in Caucaia showing good acceptance by the students. The booklet can be used a additional material, in the Chemistry subject, for high school students, to facilite the learning of alcoholic fermentation content.

Los materiales didácticos que combinan la teoria com la práctica ayudan a compreender el contenido. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es desarrollar um folletoeducativo, interdisciplinario, que integre las disciplinas de Química, Microbiología y Bioquímica, abordando el tema de las feremntaciones alcohólicas. Para la elaboración del cuadernillo, inicialmente se realizo una revisión de la literatura sobre el tema de lá fermentación alcohólica y, em um segundo lugar, se seleccionaron prácticas que contribuyeron a abordar la interdisciplinariedad entre los conocimientos químicos, microbiológicos y bioquímicos. El folleto fue presentado 41 estudiantes de uma escuela federal de Caucaia, mostrando buena aceptación por parte de los estudiantes. El cuadernillo puede utilizarse como material adicional, em la asignatura de Química, para estudiantes de secundaria, para facilitar el aprendizaje del contenido de fermentación alcohólica.Tecnologias educativas que facilitam o processo de ensino-aprendizagem, na área da química, são importantes ferramentas que contribuem para a construção significativa do conhecimento. Materiais didáticos que combinam a teoria com a prática auxiliam na compreensão dos conteúdos. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo principal o desenvolvimento de uma cartilha educativa, interdisciplinar, que integre as disciplinas de Química, Microbiologia e Bioquímica, abordando o tema de fermentações alcoólica. Para a elaboração da cartilha, inicialmente, foi realizada uma revisão de literatura, sobre o tema fermentação alcoólica, e, no segundo momento, foram selecionas práticas que contribuíssem para abordar a interdisciplinaridade entre os conhecimentos químicos, microbiológicos e bioquímica. A cartilha foi apresentada a 41 estudantes de uma escola federal, em Caucaia, apresentando boa aceitação pelos discentes.
