Resumo: | The objective was to show the relationship between the determinants and conditions of health and the diseases faced by the population. This is a systematic literature review, with a descriptive and qualitative approach, carried out through a search in the Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences databases and in the Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online through the Virtual Library in Health and Scientific Electronic Library Online, using the Health Sciences Descriptors: “Health Determinants, Health Impact Assessment”. Among the inclusion criteria: original documents, freely available and complete, published in English, Portuguese and Spanish, from 2016 to 2021 and that addressed the central theme of the study. inconclusive researches, other reviews, theses, monographs, course completion papers, duplicity and text with no real relevance. A total of 103 documents were obtained, with the application of filters and inclusion criteria, 50 documents remained, after applying the exclusion criteria, reading and selection of studies, resulting in the number of 11 studies, of which 09 were in the MEDLINE database, 1 in LILACS and 1 in SCIELO. Regarding language, 8 were in English, 1 in Spanish and 2 in Portuguese. It is noted the relevance that the determinants and conditions have on health and the development of pathologies, especially among the studies analyzed, the level of education. |

Se trata de una revisión sistemática de la literatura, con enfoque descriptivo y cualitativo, realizada a través de una búsqueda en las bases de datos de Literatura Latinoamericana y Caribeña en Ciencias de la Salud y en el Sistema de Análisis y Recuperación de Literatura Médica en Línea a través de la Biblioteca Virtual en Salud y Biblioteca Electrónica Científica. En línea, utilizando los descriptores de ciencias de la salud: “Determinantes de la salud, evaluación del impacto en la salud”. Entre los criterios de inclusión: documentos originales, de libre acceso y completos, publicados en inglés, portugués y español, de 2016 a 2021 y que abordaran el tema central del estudio. investigaciones inconclusasestaban en la base de datos MEDLINE, 1 en LILACS y 1 en SCIELO. En cuanto al idioma, 8 fueron en inglés, 1 en español y 2 en portugués. Se nota la relevancia que tienen los determinantes y condiciones sobre la salud y el desarrollo de patologías, otras revisiones, tesis, monografías, trabajos de finalización de curso, duplicidad y texto sin relevancia real. Se obtuvieron un total de 103 documentos, con la aplicación de filtros y criterios de inclusión, quedaron 50 documentos, luego de aplicar los criterios de exclusión, lectura y selección de estudios, resultando en el número de 11 estudios, de los cuales 09, especialmente entre los estudios analizados, el nivel de educación.Objetivou-se evidenciar a relação entre os determinantes e condicionantes da saúde e as doenças enfrentadas pela população. Trata-se de uma revisão sistemática da literatura, de cunho descritiva e abordagem qualitativa, realizada através de busca nas bases de dados Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde e na Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval Sistem Online através da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde e na Scientific Electronic Library Online, utilizando os Descritores em Ciências da Saúde: “Determinantes de Saúde, Avaliação do Impacto na Saúde”. Dentre os critérios de inclusão: documentos originais, disponíveis gratuitamente e completos, publicados nos idiomas inglês, português e espanhol, de 2016 a 2021 e que abordassem a temática central do estudo. pesquisas inconclusivas, outras revisões, teses, monografias, trabalhos de conclusão de curso, duplicidade e texto sem real relevância. Obteve-se uma totalidade de 103 documentos, com a aplicação dos filtros e critérios de inclusão, restaram 50 documentos, após aplicação dos critérios de exclusão, leitura e seleção dos estudos, resultou-se o número de 11 estudos, sendo esses, 09 estavam na base de dados MEDLINE, 1 na LILACS e 1 na SCIELO. Em relação a língua, 8 estavam na língua inglesa, 1 na língua espanhola e 2 na língua portuguesa.
