Elderly satisfaction with the Public Health Service: an integrative literature review

Resumo: | The article evaluates the satisfaction of the elderly about the quality of the Brazilian Public Health Service, based on an integrative literature review study, which gathers information published between 2011 and 2018, about this group the perception of related to the service provided by the health care network. This consists of five stages: guiding question elaboration, literature search, critical data analysis, data integration and presentation of results. It was consulted SciElo, LILACS and Capes Periodicals databases, with the following descriptors: "elderly", "user satisfaction", "health service evaluation" and "primary health care". After selecting the studies, 14 articles were used to structure this integrative review. It is noticed that a good part of the elderly population feels satisfied with the service that is offered by most institutions in the public health network. However, controversies are observed in studies, since some presented a positive evaluation in several aspects cited by the elderly, such as, the care and guidance provided by professionals, while others, exhibit these same indicators considered serious weaknesses, such as ease of access to these services. Therefore, the satisfaction of the elderly with the public health service was noted, among which the assistance and guidance of the different professionals were the best evaluated indicators by the respondents. |

Este consistió en cinco etapas: elaboración de la pregunta guía, búsqueda en la literatura, análisis crítico de los datos, integración de los datos y presentación de los resultados. Se consultaron las bases de datos periódicas SciElo, LILACS y Capes, con los siguientes descriptores: "ancianos", "satisfacción del usuario", "evaluación del servicio de salud" y "atención primaria de salud". Después de seleccionar los estudios, se utilizaron 14 artículos para estructurar esta revisión integradora. Se observó que una buena parte de la población de edad avanzada se siente satisfecha con el servicio que ofrecen la mayoría de las instituciones en la red de salud pública. Sin embargo, se observaron controversias en los estudios, ya que algunos mostraron una evaluación positiva en varios aspectos citados por los ancianos, como la atención y la orientación brindada por profesionales, mientras que otros, muestran que estos mismos indicadores tenían serias debilidades, como facilidad de acceso a estos servicios. Por lo tanto, se observó la satisfacción de los ancianos con el servicio de salud pública, entre los cuales la asistencia y orientación de los diferentes profesionales fueron los indicadores mejor evaluados por los encuestados. Sin embargo, algunos aspectos necesitan ser modificados para un servicio más efectivo.O artigo estuda a satisfação dos analistas sobre o Serviço de Saúde Pública do Brasil, com base no estúdio de revisão de literatura, que reúne informações publicadas entre 2011 e 2018, sobre a percepção do grupo de pessoas na relação com o serviço prestado pelo vermelho de assistência sanitária. Este consiste em cinco etapas: elaboração do guia de orientação, bússola na literatura, análise crítica de dados, integração dos dados e apresentação dos resultados.
