Qualification of the assistance and the teaching of the Nursing Process as a method of carrying out the Systematization of Nursing Assistance

Resumo: | This study aims to explore a teaching strategy that contemplates the relationship between the Nursing Process and the Systematization of Nursing Care. A qualitative, descriptive and exploratory research was carried out, having as a field of study the University of Vale do Taquari. The participants were thirty-one students of these subjects, who were followed in a 20-hour class. The instruments for data collection were a case study, applied in four classroom hours and the excerpts from the researcher's field diary that accompanied the integral workload, which were analyzed and categorized with Bardin's Analysis of Content (2016). Based on the findings, it was verified that the participants showed the problem situations listed in the case study, demonstrating their critical knowledge on the subject. However, it was observed that some participants stopped to the punctual clinical problems that the case study carried, delimiting a smaller opening to the plan of care. It was observed that the "Related" and "Evidenced" in the realization of the Nursing Process, making it broad and holistic in view of the needs of the case. It was also noticed, evidences that correlate the accomplishment of the Nursing Assistance Systematization, through the Nursing Process, as a method of data collection. So, it is considered that the use of the case study strategy showed the relationship between the Nursing Process and the Nursing Assistance Systematization. |

Se realizó una investigación cualitativa, descriptiva y exploratoria, utilizando la Universidad del Vale do Taquari como campo de estudio. Los participantes fueron treinta y un estudiantes de estas disciplinas, a quienes se les dio seguimiento durante 20 horas. Los instrumentos para la recolección de datos fueron un estudio de caso, aplicado en cuatro horas de clase y extractos del diario de campo del investigador que acompañaba la carga de trabajo completa, que fueron analizados y categorizados con aproximaciones de Análisis de Contenido de Bardin (2016 ) Con base en los hallazgos, se encontró que los participantes destacaron las situaciones problemáticas enumeradas en el estudio de caso, demostrando su conocimiento crítico sobre el tema. Sin embargo, se observó que algunos participantes estaban preocupados por problemas clínicos específicos que trajo el estudio de caso, lo que limitaba una menor apertura al plan de atención. Se prestó atención a la indicación de "relacionado" y "evidenciado" en la realización del proceso de enfermería, haciéndolo amplio y holístico frente a las necesidades del caso. También hubo evidencia que correlaciona la realización de la Sistematización del Cuidado de Enfermería, a través del uso del Proceso de Enfermería, como método de recolección de datos. Por lo tanto, se considera que el uso de la estrategia de estudio de caso evidenció la relación entre el Proceso de Enfermería y la Sistematización del Cuidado de Enfermería.Este estudo possui o objetivo de explorar uma estratégia de ensino que contempla a relação entre o Processo de Enfermagem e a Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem. Realizou-se uma pesquisa qualitativa, descritiva e exploratória, tendo como campo de estudo a Universidade do Vale do Taquari. Os participantes foram trinta e um estudantes destas disciplinas, os quais foram acompanhados em 20 horas aula. Os instrumentos para coleta de dados foram um estudo de caso, aplicado em quatro horas aula e os excertos do diário de campo do pesquisador que acompanharam a carga horária integral, os quais foram analisados e categorizados com aproximações da Análise de Conteúdo, de Bardin (2016). Com base nos achados, verificou-se que os participantes evidenciaram as situações-problema elencadas no estudo de caso, demonstrando seu conhecimento crítico sobre o assunto. No entanto, observou-se que alguns participantes detiveram-se aos problemas clínicos pontuais que o estudo de caso trazia, delimitando uma menor abertura ao plano de cuidados. Atentou-se à indicação do “Relacionado” e “Evidenciado” na realização do Processo de Enfermagem, tornando-o amplo e holístico perante as necessidades do caso. Observou-se também, evidências que correlacionam a realização da Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem, por meio do uso do Processo de Enfermagem, como método de coleta de dados.
