Resumo: | This paper discusses teacher training in Brazil, which is formed by a multicultural and multi-ethnic society, however, in the initial training courses and in the official curriculum of the school, the Eurocentric, Christian, heterosexual and white ideology is still produced. It aims to discuss the need for inclusion in the central axis of the curricular organization of teacher training courses, more subjects that discuss the theme related to traditional Brazilian communities. Qualitative research was carried out, combined with content analysis. The results showed that the discussion of the topic in the classroom occurs only on specific dates. It is concluded that the current initial teacher training needs to be rethought and curricular realignment. |

It is concluded that the current initial teacher training needs to be rethought and curricular realignment.Este documento discute la formación de docentes en Brasil, que está formada por una sociedad multicultural y multiétnica, sin embargo, en los cursos de capacitación iniciales y en el plan de estudios oficial de la escuela, todavía se produce la ideología eurocéntrica, cristiana, heterosexual y blanca. Su objetivo es discutir la necesidad de inclusión en el eje central de la organización curricular de los cursos de capacitación docente, más temas que discuten el tema relacionado con las comunidades tradicionales brasileñas. Se realizó investigación cualitativa, combinada con análisis de contenido. Los resultados mostraron que la discusión del tema en el aula ocurre solo en fechas específicas. Se concluye que la formación inicial actual del profesorado debe ser repensada y la realineación curricular.Este trabalho discute a formação de professores no Brasil, que é formado por uma sociedade multicultural e pluriétnica, porém, nos cursos de formação inicial e no currículo oficial da escola, ainda se produz a ideologia eurocêntrica, cristã, heterossexual e branca. Tem como objetivo discutir a necessidade da inclusão no eixo central da organização curricular dos cursos de formação de professores, mais disciplinas que discutem a temática relacionada com as comunidades tradicionais brasileiras. Realizou-se uma pesquisa qualitativa, combinada com análise de conteúdo. Os resultados demonstraram que a discussão do tema em sala de aula ocorre apenas em datas pontuais.
