Continuous improvement process: case study applied in a printing company

Resumo: The market over time has been increasingly polarized, because of this for companies to conquer and ensure their market share amidst so many other organizations in the same segment, direct competition and indirect competition, or even similar niches, companies must always keep up to date and competitive, either through quality above average, more attractive prices, social and environmental responsibility, or even in differentiated customer service. However, for productivity to be achieved, it is necessary to have a thorough study, to use efficient and continuous methods, therefore, it is the best option, so that the data obtained are able to present a mapping of processes, identify waste and movements that do not have added value to the customer, so that improvements are often presented. This paper aims to analyze and describe the binding process that imprecisely, causes its waste of inputs, so that it harms the environment and slows down the productivity of the company surveyed. Throughout this paper will be described the process of implementation of the continuous improvement system in the researched company known as Kaizen and presented the impacts generated, such as cost reduction, labor and production time. It was discussed before and after the implementation of Kaizen, based not only on data and operational reports of information from the company EJL, but also on literature searches in books, articles and websites related to the theme.

Sin embargo, para lograr la productividad, es necesario que haya un estudio exhaustivo, utilizando métodos eficientes y continuos, por lo tanto, es la mejor opción, para que los datos obtenidos puedan presentar un mapeo de los procesos, identificar los residuos y movimientos que no tienen valor agregado para el cliente, por lo que a menudo se presentan mejoras. Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar y describir el proceso de vinculación que causa imprecisamente el desperdicio de insumos, de una manera que daña el medio ambiente y ralentiza la productividad de la empresa investigada. A lo largo de este artículo, se describirá el proceso de implementación del sistema de mejora continua en la empresa investigada conocida como Kaizen y se presentarán los impactos generados, tales como menores costos, mano de obra y tiempo de producción. Se discutió el antes y el después de la implementación de Kaizen, basado no solo en los datos e informes operativos de información de la empresa EJL, sino también en búsquedas bibliográficas en libros, artículos y sitios web relacionados con el tema.O mercado ao longo do tempo tem se mostrado cada vez mais polarizado, por conta disso para as empresas conquistarem e assegurarem sua fatia de mercado em meio a tantas outras organizações do mesmo seguimento, concorrência direta e concorrência indireta, ou até de nichos parecidos, as empresas devem se manter sempre atualizadas e competitivas, seja através da qualidade acima da média, preços mais atraente, responsabilidade socioambiental, ou até mesmo no atendimento diferenciado ao consumidor. No entanto, para que a produtividade seja alcançada, é necessário que haja um estudo minucioso, utilizar de métodos eficientes e contínuos, portanto, é a melhor opção, para que os dados obtidos sejam capazes de apresentar um mapeamento dos processos, identificar os desperdícios e movimentações que não têm valor agregado ao cliente, para que melhorias sejam frequentemente apresentadas. Esse artigo tem como objetivo analisar e descrever o processo de encadernamento que de forma imprecisa, ocasiona seus desperdícios de insumos, de forma que agride o meio ambiente e desacelera a produtividade da empresa pesquisada. Ao longo deste artigo será descrito o processo de implantação do sistema de melhoria contínua na empresa pesquisada conhecido como Kaizen e apresentado os impactos gerados, como diminuição de custos, de mão-de-obra e tempo de produção.
