Parameters for the construction of Pedagogical Models based on Transversal Digital Competencies in Distance Learning

Resumo: This article aimed to identify parameters that help teachers of Distance Education (DE) in the definition of their Pedagogical Models (PM) based on the construction of digital competences (DC) linked to their disciplines in a transversal way. The qualitative approach research was carried out in three stages: 1. Theoretical survey; 2. A case study based on a course with DE teachers and 3. Definition of parameters based on data crossing and analysis. In the bibliographic survey, a relationship was established between the concepts of Pedagogical Models, Digital Competencies and Distance Learning. Data collection took place through questionnaires, interactions and activities carried out in the course, which made it possible to identify the profile of professors and define parameters for PM based on Digital Competences. As a result, parameters were defined to assist in the construction of MP based on digital competences in a gradual, integrated and transversal way in any area, courses and disciplines in distance education.

La investigación de enfoque cualitativo se llevó a cabo en tres etapas: 1. Levantamiento teórico; 2. Estudio de caso a partir de un curso con docentes de ED y 3. Definición de parámetros a partir del cruce y análisis de datos. En el levantamiento bibliográfico se estableció una relación entre los conceptos de Modelos Pedagógicos, Competencias Digitales y Educación a Distancia. La recolección de datos se realizó a través de cuestionarios, interacciones y actividades realizadas en el curso, lo que permitió identificar el perfil de los docentes y definir parámetros para PM basados ​​en Competencias Digitales. Como resultado, se definieron parámetros para auxiliar en la construcción de MP basados ​​en competencias digitales de forma gradual, integrada y transversal en cualquier área, cursos y disciplinas de la educación a distancia.O presente artigo teve como objetivo identificar parâmetros que auxiliem os docentes da Educação a Distância (EaD) na definição de seus Modelos Pedagógicos(MP) com base na construção de competências digitais (CD) vinculadas as suas disciplinas de forma transversal. A pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa foi realizada em três etapas: 1. Levantamento teórico; 2. Estudo de caso a partir de um curso com docentes da EaD e 3. Definição dos parâmetros com base no cruzamento e análise dos dados. No levantamento bibliográfico, estabeleceu-se uma relação entre os conceitos de Modelos Pedagógicos, Competências Digitais e EaD. A coleta de dados, ocorreu através dos questionários, interações e atividades realizados no curso, que possibilitaram a identificação do perfil dos docentes e a definição dos parâmetros para a MP com base em Competências Digitais.
