The geometry of René Descartes through a basic unit of problematization

Resumo: | A Basic Problematization Unit (UBP) is mainly a discursive memory flash that describes sociocultural practices. With its use, the teacher can provide different modes of interdisciplinary problematization and lead students to the practice of actions and reflections that can generate new knowledge. In this article, we review the theoretical foundations related to the UBP, highlighting its main characteristics and its structural freedom, followed by a review of the studies and academic productions based on the conception of the UBP. Likewise, we propose didactic guidelines that can help teachers in the planning and execution of UBPs as a concrete possibility for a conceptual approach to school contents that emerge from the book Geometry, which is part of the appendix of the Discourse on the Method, by René Descartes. At the end, we present some reflections that can help teachers in the use of this methodological proposal. |

Con su uso, el docente puede brindar diferentes modos de problematización interdisciplinaria y conducir a los estudiantes a la práctica de acciones y reflexiones que pueden generar nuevos conocimientos. En este artículo revisamos los fundamentos teóricos relacionados con la UBP, destacando sus principales características y su libertad estructural, seguido de una revisión de los estudios y producciones académicas que se sustentan en la concepción de la UBP. Asimismo, proponemos lineamientos didácticos que puedan ayudar a los docentes en la planificación y ejecución de las UBP como posibilidad concreta de un acercamiento conceptual a los contenidos escolares que emergen del libro Geometria, que forma parte del apéndice del Discurso del Método, de René Descartes. Al final, presentamos algunas reflexiones que pueden ayudar a los docentes en el uso de esta propuesta metodológica.Uma Unidade Básica de Problematização (UBP) constitui-se principalmente em um flash discursivo memorialístico que descreve práticas socioculturais. Com seu uso, o professor pode proporcionar diversos modos de problematização indisciplinar e conduzir os estudantes à prática de ações e reflexões que podem gerar novos conhecimentos. Nesse artigo fazemos uma revisão dos fundamentos teóricos relacionados à UBP, destacando suas principais características e sua liberdade estrutural, seguido de uma revisão dos estudos e produções acadêmicas que se fundamentam na concepção de UBP. Igualmente, propomos orientações didáticas que possam auxiliar os docentes no planejamento e execução de UBPs como possibilidade concretas de abordagem conceitual dos conteúdos escolares que emergem do livro A Geometria, que faz parte do apêndice do Discurso do Método, de René Descartes.
