Teaching narratives about professional valuation and strengthening: the case of the Pact for Education in Goiás

Resumo: The objective of this is to analyze, from the teaching narratives, the “value and strengthen the education professional” axis that was implemented in the State of Goiás during the Political Pact for Education Reform. For that, it makes use of documentary and bibliographic research to apprehend the contemplated objective. In the meantime, there is an apprehension of the context that underlies the educational policy in theory in order to take the reflection of all the aspects that involved this axis, in which since its implementation and until today teachers still experience remnants of this policy that in theory, it was in force between 2011 and 2014. Teachers' narratives demonstrate that they are devalued, understanding that, according to the current reality of educational institutions, resources, including technological resources, are lacking for the exercise of the profession.

Para ello, hace uso de la investigación documental y bibliográfica para aprehender el objetivo contemplado. Entre tanto, existe una aprehensión del contexto que subyace a la política educativa en teoría para tomar la reflexión de todos los aspectos que involucran a este eje, en el que desde su implementación y hasta el día de hoy los docentes aún experimentan vestigios de esta política que en teoría, estuvo vigente entre 2011 y 2014. Las narrativas de los docentes demuestran que están devaluados, entendiendo que, de acuerdo con la realidad actual de las instituciones educativas, faltan recursos, incluidos los tecnológicos, para el ejercicio de la profesión.O objetivo deste é analisar a partir das narrativas docentes o eixo “Valorizar e Fortalecer o Profissional da Educação” que foi implementado no Estado de Goiás durante a Reforma Política Pacto pela Educação. Para isso faz uso de pesquisa documental e bibliográfica para apreensão do objetivo contemplado. Nesse interim, faz-se uma apreensão do contexto que fundamenta a política educacional, em tese, no intuito de levar a reflexão de todas a vertentes que envolveram esse eixo no qual desde sua implantação e até os dias atuais os professores ainda vivenciam resquícios desta política que teve em teoria sua vigência entre os anos de 2011 a 2014.
