The reproduction of inequality in the school environment: Considerations on training and educational policies

Resumo: | This article aims to present to education professionals aspects related to the importance of Critical Historical Pedagogy in the teaching-learning process through ideas, theories and reflections of scholars and researchers in order to elucidate the evidence of current society marked by the inequalities and injustices that affect the lives of individuals exploited by the ruling class, taking into account the various contradictions found in this sphere. The research is presented in its methodology as a qualitative, bibliographic and documentary research in which the classical literature on educational inequality and the articles found on the theme in the CAPES Journal Portal was reviewed. Among the results found are works that discuss the issue of inequality from Bourdieu's theories in questions on current topics of education. From the information collected we came to the conclusion that despite advances in the last two decades in Brazilian education, with the implementation of progressive educational policies there is still a long way to go so that there is an equal education for all. |

From the information collected we came to the conclusion that despite advances in the last two decades in Brazilian education, with the implementation of progressive educational policies there is still a long way to go so that there is an equal education for all.Este artículo tiene como objetivo presentar a los profesionales de la educación aspectos relacionados con la importancia de la Pedagogía Histórica Crítica en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje a través de ideas, teorías y reflexiones de académicos e investigadores con el fin de esclarecer la evidencia de la sociedad actual marcada por las desigualdades e injusticias que afectan a la vida de las personas explotadas por la clase dominante, teniendo en cuenta las diversas contradicciones que se encuentran en este ámbito. La investigación se presenta en su metodología como una investigación cualitativa, bibliográfica y documental en la que se revisó la literatura clásica sobre desigualdad educativa y los artículos encontrados sobre el tema en el Portal de Diarios CAPES. Entre los resultados encontrados se encuentran trabajos que discuten el tema de la desigualdad de las teorías de Bourdieu en cuestiones sobre temas actuales de la educación. De la información recopilada llegamos a la conclusión de que a pesar de los avances en las últimas dos décadas en la educación brasileña, con la implementación de políticas educativas progresivas todavía hay un largo camino por recorrer para que haya una educación igual para todos.Este artigo tem o objetivo de apresentar aos profissionais da área da educação aspectos referentes à importância da Pedagogia Histórico-Crítica no processo de ensino-aprendizagem por meio de ideias, teorias e reflexões de estudiosos e pesquisadores com o intuito de elucidar as evidências da sociedade atual marcada pelas desigualdades e injustiças que atingem a vida dos indivíduos explorados pela classe dominante, tendo em conta as diversas contradições encontradas nesta esfera. A pesquisa se apresenta em sua metodologia como uma pesquisa qualitativa, bibliográfica e documental em que foi revisado a literatura clássica sobre a desigualdade educacional e os artigos encontrados sobre a temática no Portal de Periódicos da CAPES. Entre os resultados encontrados estão obras que discutem a questão da desigualdade a partir das teorias de Bourdieu em questões sobre temas atuais da educação.
