Resumo: Objective: Describe how students and teachers experience remote work during a pandemic. Methods: This is an experience report, with a critical-reflective approach, carried out in a virtual environment through digital platforms, available on the web for free. Results: The results were compiled into two themes: 1. Make time more flexible to balance work and family life; 2. Exercising autonomy and integration between technology and education. Final considerations: The development of writing during social isolation provided enriching experiences for the entire team. The path followed to carry out all activities remotely, in a context never experienced by the majority of the executing team, presents difficulties and obstacles, but the positive points strengthen the work team, whether through the discovery of new educational elements, autonomy and cooperation or through interactivity and exchange of knowledge. Thus, the context demanded adaptation to new teaching-learning strategies with a view to producing scientific knowledge through the use of technological tools and social networks, in order to promote communication and the development of this experience report.

Resultados: Los resultados se compilaron en dos temas: 1. Flexibilizar el tiempo para equilibrar la vida laboral y familiar; 2. Ejercicio de la autonomía e integración entre tecnología y educación. Consideraciones finales: El desarrollo de la escritura durante el aislamiento social brindó experiencias enriquecedoras para todo el equipo. El camino seguido para realizar todas las actividades de forma remota, en un contexto nunca vivido por la mayoría del equipo ejecutor, presenta dificultades y obstáculos, pero los puntos positivos fortalecen al equipo de trabajo, ya sea a través del descubrimiento de nuevos elementos educativos, de autonomía y cooperación o a través de la interactividad y el intercambio de conocimientos. Así, el contexto exigió la adaptación a nuevas estrategias de enseñanza-aprendizaje con miras a producir conocimiento científico mediante el uso de herramientas tecnológicas y redes sociales, con el fin de promover la comunicación y el desarrollo de este relato de experiencia.Objetivo: Descrever as experiências de discentes e docentes sobre o trabalho remoto durante a pandemia. Métodos: Trata-se de um relato de experiência, de abordagem crítico-reflexiva, realizado em ambiente virtual através de plataformas digitais, disponíveis na web de forma gratuita. Resultados: Os resultados foram compilados em dois temas: 1. Flexibilizar tempo para conciliar o trabalho e a vida familiar; 2. Exercer a autonomia e integração entre a tecnologia e educação. Considerações finais: O desenvolvimento da escrita durante o isolamento social proporcionou experiências enriquecedoras para toda a equipe. A trajetória trilhada para a realização de todas as atividades de forma remota, em um contexto nunca vivenciado pela maioria da equipe executora, apresentou dificuldades e entraves, porém os pontos positivos fortaleceram a equipe de trabalho, seja através da descoberta de novos elementos educacionais, autonomia e cooperação ou pela interatividade e troca de saberes.
