Synthesis and application of mesoporous material of the Nb-MCM type with ionic liquid using silica derived from rice husk ash in elastomers

Resumo: The visibility of material reuse, subproducts and coproducts has been gaining more and more space in academical researches, industrial uses and innovation, therefore, the present study purpose are the possibilities of use of the sodium silicate solution from rice husk ash (RHA). In addition, Ionic Liquid (LI) and different ratios of silicon and niobium were added to seek improvements in the physicochemical properties of the elastomers.  By means of X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) it was proved the obtaining of pure MCM-48 mesoporous material and, when employed varied molar ratios of Si/Nb, Nb-MCM-48. When applying in elastomers, concluded through maximum and minimum torque, great time and scorch, that the IL add and the MCM too caused effects in the performances, as scorch time acceleration and mechanical properties improvement.

Además, se adicionó Líquido Iónico (LI) y diferentes proporciones de silicio y niobio para buscar mejoras en las propiedades fisicoquímicas de los elastómeros.  Mediante Difracción de Rayos X (XRD) se comprobó la obtención de material mesoporoso MCM-48 puro y, al emplearse relaciones molares variadas de Si/Nb, Nb-MCM-48. Cuando se aplicaba a los elastómeros, se concluía mediante par máximo y mínimo; tiempo óptimo y chamuscado, que la adición de LI y también de MCM provocó efectos en sus desempeños, tales como aceleración del tiempo de chamuscado y mejoras en las propiedades mecánicas.A visibilidade de reaproveitamento de materiais, subprodutos e coprodutos vem ganhando cada vez mais espaço em pesquisas acadêmicas, utilização industrial e inovação, com isso, o propósito do presente estudo são as possibilidades de utilização da solução de silicato de sódio proveniente da cinza da casca de arroz (CCA). Além disso, adicionou-se Líquido Iônico (LI) e diferentes relações de silício e nióbio para buscar melhorias nas propriedades físico-químicas dos elastômeros. Por meio de Difração de Raios X (DRX) comprovou-se a obtenção do material mesoporoso do tipo MCM-48 pura e quando empregada variadas relações molares de Si/Nb, Nb-MCM-48.
