The alcohol abuse among college students: a literature review

Resumo: Objective: analyze alcohol abuse among university students and describe the factors related to this consumption through a qualitative literature review. Methodology: this is systematic bibliographical review of the literature, based on the selected articles, their results were analyzed and discussed, and a review of the content addresses was presented. Following the inclusion criteria: in Portuguese, with the main subject Alcohol Use Among University Students, between the period from 2020 to 2022. For the exclusion criteria are: monographs, Course Conclusion Papers and literature review. From this, 14 articles were selected from the Google Scholar and ScieELO databases. Results: the present study observed a relationship between factors associated with alcohol consumption and university students. These factors are behavioral, socioeconomic, Family relationships that lead to stress, peer pressure, little contact with the Family, living away from the Family and risk behaviors.

Siguiendo los criterios de inclusión: en portugués, con el tema principal Uso de Alcohol entre Estudiantes Universitarios, entre el período de 2020 a 2022. Para los criterios de exclusión son: monografías, Trabajos de Conclusión de Curso y revisión de literatura. A partir de esto, se seleccionaron 14 artículos de las bases de datos Google Scholar y ScieELO. Resultados: el presente estudio observo una relación entre los factores asociados al consumo de alcohol y los estudiantes universitarios. Estos factores son conductuales, socioeconómicos, relaciones familiares que generan estrés, presión de grupo, poco contacto con la familia y conductas de riesgo.Objetivo: analisar o abuso de álcool entre estudantes universitários e descrever os fatores relacionados a este consumo por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica qualitativa. Metodologia: trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica sistemática da literatura, a partir dos artigos escolhidos teve seus resultados analisados e discutidos, apresentada a revisão do conteúdo abordado. Seguindo os critérios de inclusão: no idioma português, tendo como assunto principal Uso de Álcool Entre Estudantes Universitários, entre o período de 2020 a 2022. Para os critérios de exclusão são: monografias, Trabalhos de Conclusão de Curso e revisão de literatura. A partir disso, 14 artigos foram selecionados da base de dados do Google Acadêmico e SciELO. Resultados: o presente estudo observou uma relação entre os fatores associados ao consumo de álcool e os estudantes universitários.
