Structure of education actions for development and updating of human resources in hospitals: integrative review

Resumo: Health education is about the production and systematization of knowledge related to training and professional development to work in the health area. This article aimed to identify how education actions are structured in hospitals for the development and updating of human resources in health. In its methodology, being an integrative review, it brings together findings from studies developed under different methodologies, with a survey of models of education actions aimed at professionals who work in the hospital area, found in the databases PUBMED, LILACS, SCOPUS, Web of Science and CINAHL. Furthermore, the selection of articles brings the result that several initiatives describe education actions aimed at the development of human resources in hospitals. However, it is concluded that despite the various experiences and education programs for the development of human resources in health already implemented, no articles were found that described these actions, highlighting the importance of offering this type of publications.

Este artículo tuvo como objetivo identificar cómo se estructuran las acciones de educación en los hospitales para el desarrollo y actualización de los recursos humanos en salud. En su metodología, al ser una revisión integradora, reúne hallazgos de estudios desarrollados bajo diferentes metodologías, con levantamiento de modelos de acciones educativas dirigidas a profesionales que actúan en el área hospitalaria, encontrados en las bases de datos PUBMED, LILACS, SCOPUS, Web of Science y CINAHL. Además, la selección de artículos trae como resultado que varias iniciativas describen acciones de educación dirigidas al desarrollo de recursos humanos en los hospitales. Sin embargo, se concluye que a pesar de las diversas experiencias y programas de educación para el desarrollo de recursos humanos en salud ya implementados, no se encontraron artículos que describieran estas acciones, destacando la importancia de ofrecer este tipo de publicaciones.A educação na saúde se trata da produção e sistematização de conhecimentos relativos à formação e ao desenvolvimento profissional para atuação na área da saúde. Este artigo teve como objetivo, identificar como ações de educação são estruturadas em hospitais para desenvolvimento e atualização dos recursos humanos em saúde. Em sua metodologia, tratando-se de uma revisão integrativa, reúne achados de estudos desenvolvidos sob diversas metodologias, com um levantamento de modelos de ações de educação voltados aos profissionais que atuam na área hospitalar, encontrados nas bases de dados PUBMED, LILACS, SCOPUS, Web of Science e CINAHL. Ademais, a seleção dos artigos traz o resultado de que diversas iniciativas descrevem ações de educação direcionadas ao desenvolvimento de recursos humanos em hospitais.
