Resumo: Evaluate the actions for the implementation of the National LGBT Comprehensive Health Plan in primary health care. This study was developed through an integrative review, indexed as databases used in this research: LILACS (Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences), BDENF (Nursing Database) and MEDLINE (Medical Literature Analysis ) and Online Recovery System). During a research it was evidenced that the process of vulnerability in health can increase the user's chance of exposure to illness through individual, collective and contextual conditions, to a greater or lesser degree, susceptibility to physical and psychological illness. It must be necessary that the principles of universality, integrality and equity are the beginnings of SUS materialized in the National Policy for Integral LGBT Care, in fact, promoting the confrontation of exclusionary conditions in health services, as a result of homophobia and heteronormativity.

Durante una investigación se evidenció que el proceso de vulnerabilidad en salud puede incrementar la probabilidad del usuario de exposición a la enfermedad a través de condiciones individuales, colectivas y contextuales, en mayor o menor grado, susceptibilidad a enfermedad física y psicológica. Debe ser necesario que los principios de universalidad, integralidad y equidad sean los inicios del SUS materializados en la Política Nacional de Atención Integral LGBT, de hecho, propiciando el enfrentamiento de condiciones excluyentes en los servicios de salud, producto de la homofobia y la heteronormatividad.Avaliar as ações para a implementação do Plano Nacional de Saúde Integral LGBT na atenção básica de saúde. O presente estudo foi desenvolvido através de uma revisão integrativa, estão indexadas as bases de dados utilizadas nesta pesquisa: LILACS (Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde), BDENF (Base de Dados da Enfermagem) e MEDLINE (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online). Durante a pesquisa foi evidenciado que o processo de vulnerabilidade em saúde pode elevar a chance de exposição do usuário ao adoecimento por meio de condicionantes individuais, coletivos e contextuais, em maior ou menor grau, suscetibilidade ao adoecer físico e psicológico.
