Resumo: | In order to provide acoustic comfort to the human being, over time, different materials and techniques have been developed for application in walls, partitions, ceilings and slabs. Some important materials found on the market are gypsum board, fiberglass, rock wool, EPS (Expanded Polystyrene). Considering the interference that the noise has caused in the buildings, in the present times, and thinking about contributing to the thematic, this work was sought the comparative study, through bibliographical and market research, among the main materials used for acoustic treatment. |

Considering the interference that the noise has caused in the buildings, in the present times, and thinking about contributing to the thematic, this work was sought the comparative study, through bibliographical and market research, among the main materials used for acoustic treatment.Para proporcionar confort acústico al ser humano se han desarrollado, a lo largo del tiempo, diversos materiales y técnicas para aplicación en paredes, tabiques, forros y losas. Algunos materiales de importancia encontrados en el mercado son el yeso acartonado, la lana de vidrio, la lana de roca, el EPS (Poliestireno Expandido). Considerando la interferencia que el ruido ha causado en las edificaciones, en los tiempos actuales, y pensando en contribuir con la temática se buscó en ese trabajo el estudio comparativo, a través de investigación bibliográfica y de mercado, entre los principales materiales utilizados para tratamiento acústico en la región de Teófilo Otoni.Para proporcionar conforto acústico ao ser humano foram desenvolvidos, ao longo do tempo, diversos materiais e técnicas para aplicação em paredes, divisórias, forros e lajes. Alguns materiais de importância encontrados no mercado são o gesso acartonado, a lã de vidro, a lã de rocha, o EPS (Poliestireno Expandido).
