Effect of silice to the attack of lizards and birds in soybean cultivars in closed / pantanal ecotton

Resumo: The use of silicon is one of the prevention and control measures that are taken to reduce pest infestation and attack, it acts on the cell wall, generating a protective layer to the penetration of phytopathogens and insects, as well as improving the architecture of the plant. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of silicon on the attack of caterpillars and bedbugs on soybean in the Cerrado / Pantanal ecotone region. The experimental design was a randomized complete block design with four replications, totaling 540 m². The plots were represented by the following soybean cultivars: SYN13671 IPRO, P97Y07, P97R21, BG4272, S1163RR and S9070RR, the subplots being formed in the application or not of foliar silicon, whose source was KSi (11% K2O and 25% of Yes). The evaluations were carried out weekly, occurring from 56 to 133 days after sowing of the cultivars, where, with the aid of the beat cloth, monitoring was performed to identify the insect pests, and later annotated in a spreadsheet to perform the data counting. All data analyzes were performed with the Rbio software, the means of analysis of variance were compared by the Tukey test at 5% probability. The application of the formulation used in the dosage of 500 mL ha-1 did not influence the decrease in the population incidence of insect pests studied in this study.

El diseño experimental utilizado fue bloques al azar en un esquema de parcelas divididas, con cuatro repeticiones, por un total de 540 m². Las parcelas estuvieron representadas por los siguientes cultivares de soja: SYN13671 IPRO, P97Y07, P97R21, BG4272, S1163RR y S9070RR, las subparcelas se formaron en la aplicación o no de silicio foliar, cuya fuente utilizada fue KSi (11% K2O y 25% Si) Las evaluaciones se llevaron a cabo semanalmente, ocurriendo entre 56 y 133 días después de la siembra de los cultivares, donde, con la ayuda del paño de tapping, se realizó un monitoreo para identificar las plagas de insectos, y luego se anotó en una hoja de cálculo para realizar el recuento de datos. Todos los análisis de datos se realizaron con el software Rbio, los promedios del análisis de varianza se compararon mediante la prueba de Tukey con una probabilidad del 5%. La aplicación de la formulación utilizada en la dosis de 500 ml ha-1 no influyó en la disminución de la incidencia de la población de plagas de insectos estudiadas en este trabajo.A utilização do silício é uma das medidas de prevenção e controle que são tomadas para diminuir a infestação e o ataque de pragas, ele atua na parede celular, gerando uma camada protetora à penetração de fitopatógenos e insetos, além de melhorar a arquitetura da planta. O objetivo do trabalho foi avaliar o efeito do silício ao ataque de espécies de lagartas e percevejos na soja, na região do ecótono Cerrado/Pantanal. O delineamento experimental utilizado foi o de blocos casualizados em esquema de parcelas subdivididas, com quatro repetições, totalizando 540 m². As parcelas foram representadas pelas seguintes cultivares de soja: SYN13671 IPRO, P97Y07, P97R21, BG4272, S1163RR e S9070RR, sendo as subparcelas formadas na aplicação ou não de silício via foliar, cuja fonte utilizada foi o KSi (11% de K2O e 25% de Si). As avaliações eram realizadas semanalmente, ocorrendo dos 56 aos 133 dias após semeadura das cultivares, onde, com o auxílio do pano de batida, eram realizados monitoramentos para identificação das insetos pragas, e posteriormente anotados em uma planilha para realização da contagem dos dados. Todas as análises de dados foram realizadas com o software Rbio, as médias da análise de variância foram comparadas pelo teste de Tukey a 5% de probabilidade.
