Resumo: Objective: Present the scope review protocol that aims to investigate how transsexuals and transvestites are inserted in the job market. Method: It is a scope review protocol, will be carried out following the recommendations of the Joanna Briggs Institute and the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta – Analyses Extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR). Through the PCC strategy, the research question was elaborated for the subsequent review, with the population composed of transvestites and transsexuals; the Concept: working conditions, the labor market and labor relations; and the Context: the labor market, from the perspective of formal and informal relationships. Therefore, the guiding question of this review is: “How are transsexuals and transvestites inserted in the job market?”. The chosen databases were: Pubmed, Scielo, Scopus, Web of Science and Grey Literature Database. The search strategy - including all the descriptors contained in DECS and MESH - was adapted for each database and information source also included. Articles from periodicals and documents from the last ten years (2012-2021) will be included, in any language, that have transsexuals and transvestites as their study population, and that address the market, relationships and working conditions in their scope. and how this population is inserted. Método: Se trata de un protocolo de revisión del alcance, siguiendo las recomendaciones del Instituto Joanna Briggs y el instrumento Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta – Analyses Extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR). A través de la estrategia PCC se elaboró ​​la pregunta de investigación para la revisión posterior, con la población compuesta por travestis y transexuales; o Concepto: condiciones de trabajo, mercado de trabajo y relaciones laborales; y el Contexto: el mercado de trabajo, desde la perspectiva de las relaciones formales e informales. Por lo tanto, la pregunta guía de la revisión es: “¿Cómo se insertan los transexuales y travestis en el mercado de trabajo?”. Las bases de datos elegidas fueron: Pubmed, Scielo, Scopus, Web of Science y Grey Literature Database. La estrategia de búsqueda –incluyendo todos los descriptores contenidos en DECS y MESH– fue adaptada para cada base de datos y fuente de información incluida. Se incluirán artículos de revistas y documentos de los últimos diez años (2012-2022) que tengan como población de estudio a transexuales y travestis y que, en su alcance, aborden como tema el mercado, las relaciones y las condiciones de trabajo y cómo esta se inserta la población. Todos los pasos y datos recopilados se organizarán mediante tablas, gráficos y diagramas de flujo. El estudio se realizará de abril a julio de 2022.Objetivo: Apresentar o protocolo da revisão de escopo que tem como objetivo investigar como estão inseridas as pessoas transexuais e travestis no mercado de trabalho. Serão incluídos artigos de periódicos e documentos dos últimos dez anos (2012-2021), em quaisquer idiomas, que tenham como população de estudo pessoas transexuais e travestis, e que abordam em seu escopo como temática o mercado, as relações e as condições de trabalho e como esta população está inserida. Todas as etapas e dados coletados serão organizados através de tabelas, quadros e fluxogramas.
