The urgency in the recomposition of the National Education Forum: Ordinance nº. 577/2017 and permanent negotiating bodies

Resumo: The purpose of this paper is to analyze the urgency of the recomposition of the National Forum of Education (FNE) proposed by Ordinance nº. 577 of 2017. It shows a close relationship established in the ethical-political contradiction of business thinking and its representatives, in addition to revealing the proximity of the relationship between Ordinance No. 577/2017 and the Decree of the Federal Executive of April 26, 2017, which changes the schedule for holding the National Education Conference (CONAE). Bibliographical research and document analysis, in the critical-dialectical perspective, led this research. The results point to a double regression in the basic education of the country, by expanding privatist interests and by restricting the role of civil society and its representative entities in the social control of educational policies.

Se evidencia una estrecha relación que se establece en la contradicción ético-política del pensamiento empresarial, y de sus representantes, además de revelar la proximidad de la relación entre la Ordenanza nº 577/2017 y el Decreto del Ejecutivo Federal de 26 de abril de 2017, que altera el calendario de realización de la Conferencia Nacional de Educación (CONAE). La investigación bibliográfica y el análisis de documentos, en la perspectiva crítico-dialéctica, condujo esta investigación. Los resultados apuntan a un doble retroceso en la educación básica del país, al ampliar los intereses privatistas y al restringir el papel de la sociedad civil y de sus entidades representativas en el control social de las políticas educativas.O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar porquê da urgência na recomposição do Fórum Nacional de Educação (FNE) proposta pela Portaria nº 577 de 2017. Evidencia-se uma estreita relação que se estabelece na contradição ético-política do pensamento empresarial, e de seus representantes, além de revelar a proximidade da relação entre a Portaria nº 577/2017 e o Decreto do Executivo Federal de, 26 de abril de 2017, que altera o calendário de realização da Conferência Nacional de Educação (CONAE). A pesquisa bibliográfica e a análise de documentos, na perspectiva crítico-dialética, conduziu esta pesquisa.
