Resumo: The objective of the essay, through a qualitative and quantitative explanatory research, is to perform tests with the Autodesk Revit ® computer program, based on BIM technology, using Autodesk ® Insight360 and Green Building Studio tool to of a real model, with the thermal properties of the materials, generate the thermo-energetic simulation of a building that uses Pinus elliottii Glued Laminated Wood (MLC) as a structural element of beams and roof, seeing the material as a high potential product for constructive elements beyond sustainability by applying it. The analyzes of energy efficiency and material behavior were performed so that it was found that the results obtained together with the materials used in construction, especially the MLC, are adequate for the comfort parameters established by the standards and making it allied to construction precepts and bioclimatic architecture.

The analyzes of energy efficiency and material behavior were performed so that it was found that the results obtained together with the materials used in construction, especially the MLC, are adequate for the comfort parameters established by the standards and making it allied to construction precepts and bioclimatic architecture.El objetivo del ensayo, a través de una investigación explicativa cualitativa y cuantitativa, es realizar pruebas con el programa informático Autodesk Revit ®, basado en la tecnología BIM, utilizando Insight360 y Green Building Studio del Autodesk ®,  para de un modelo real, con las propiedades térmicas de los materiales, generan la simulación termoenergética de un edificio que utiliza Madera Laminada Impregnada (MLC) del género Pinus elliottii como elemento estructural de vigas y techo, viendo el material como un producto de alto potencial para elementos constructivos más allá de la sostenibilidad al aplicarlo. Los análisis de la eficiencia energética y el comportamiento del material se realizaron de manera que se descubrió que los resultados obtenidos junto con los materiales utilizados en la construcción, especialmente el MLC, son adecuados para los parámetros de confort establecidos por las normas y lo hacen aliado preceptos de construcción y arquitectura bioclimática.O objetivo do ensaio, através de uma pesquisa explicativa com caráter qualitativo-quantitativo, é a realização de testes com o programa computacional Autodesk Revit ®, baseado na tecnologia BIM, com a utilização da ferramenta Insight360 e Green Building Studio  da Autodesk ®, para, através de um modelo real, com as propriedades térmicas dos materiais, gerar a simulação termoenergérica de uma edificação que usa a Madeira Laminada Colada (MLC) de Pinus elliottii como elemento estrutural de vigas e da cobertura, visto o material como um produto de alto potencial para elementos construtivos além da sustentabilidade ao aplicá-lo.
