Resumo: Objective: To report a health education action, where an action was carried out with the purpose of studying the knowledge and guidance on the students of a private institution to promote the health of indigenous peoples. Method: private nursing was for five academic semesters of the seventh and sixth semesters of a University of the State of Pará. An activity was developed for the studies and guidance of students in the first semester of continuing education on health promotion for indigenous peoples. This was followed by a dynamic where the discs answered questions about the subject, through an online platform. Result: The educational action recognized that the students have prior knowledge of the academic subject, and it was understood that they have in their related curriculum note. Conclusion: It was observed that the students had a brief knowledge of the subject addressed.

Método: la enfermería privada fue por cinco semestres académicos del séptimo y sexto semestre de una Universidad del Estado de Pará. Se desarrolló una actividad para el estudio y orientación de los estudiantes del primer semestre de educación continua en promoción de la salud de los pueblos indígenas. A esto siguió una dinámica donde los discos respondieron preguntas sobre el tema mencionado, a través de una plataforma online. Resultado: La acción educativa reconoció que los estudiantes tienen conocimientos previos de la materia académica y se entendió que los tienen en su nota curricular relacionada. Conclusión: Se observó que los estudiantes tenían un conocimiento breve del tema abordado.Objetivo: Relatar uma ação de educação em saúde sobre a promoção da saúde dos povos indígenas. Método: Relato de experiência de ação educativa desenvolvido com discentes do primeiro semestre de enfermagem a respeito da educação permanente da promoção a saúde dos povos indígenas. Foi realizada uma metodologia ativa em plataforma virtual com perguntas e respostas sobre o assunto referido. Resultado: A ação educativa permitiu observar que os discentes têm conhecimento prévio do assunto apresentado pelas acadêmicas.
