Resumo: | As a result of the disorderly growth of cities, problems arise in vehicular traffic and in the uses and occupations of buildings, factors that intensify the urban noise. The Avenida Silvio Carlos Viana is the target of complaints registered by the Secretariat of Territorial Development - SEDET, being the commercial establishments, bars and restaurants the major causes of noise discomfort. The aim of this work is to evaluate the implementation of leisure activities and the noise impact on the residential areas façades in the clipping of the Ponta Verde district in Maceió-AL, Brasil. From measurements of sound pressure levels, Leq (A), on Sundays where the area is off-limits for recreational use. These measured data will be implemented using the software CadnaA, to evaluate the local acoustic scenario and the vertical buildings by the sea. Thus, it is noticeable that the population is inserted in buildings with low acoustic performance, thus being exposed to high levels of residual noise, and may suffer damage not only to hearing health, but also causing psychological and cardiac damage over time. |

La Avenida Silvio Carlos Viana es el blanco de las quejas registradas por la Secretaría de Desarrollo Territorial - SEDET, siendo los establecimientos comerciales, bares y restaurantes los mayores causantes de las molestias por ruido. El objetivo de este trabajo es evaluar la implantación de actividades de ocio y el impacto acústico en las fachadas de las zonas residenciales en el recorte del barrio de Ponta Verde en Maceió-AL, Brazil. A partir de las mediciones de los niveles de presión sonora, Leq (A), los domingos en los que la zona está prohibida para el uso recreativo. Estos datos medidos se implementarán con el software CadnaA, para evaluar el escenario acústico local y las construcciones verticales junto al mar. Así, se observa que la población se inserta en edificios con bajas prestaciones acústicas, quedando así expuesta a altos niveles de ruido residual, pudiendo sufrir daños no sólo en la salud auditiva, sino también provocando daños psicológicos y cardíacos a lo largo del tiempo.Em consequência ao crescimento desordenado das cidades, surgem problemas no tráfego veicular e nos usos e ocupações das edificações, fatores que intensificam o ruído urbano. A Avenida Silvio Carlos Viana é alvo de denúncias registadas pela Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Territorial - SEDET, sendo os maiores causadores de desconforto sonoro os estabelecimentos comerciais, bares e restaurantes. Este trabalho tem como objetivo avaliar a implantação de atividades de lazer e o impacto sonoro nas fachadas habitacionais das áreas residenciais no recorte do bairro de Ponta Verde em Maceió-AL, Brasil. A partir de medições dos níveis de pressão sonora, Leq (A), aos domingos onde a área encontra-se interditada para uso recreacional. Esses dados mensurados serão implantados com uso do software CadnaA, para avaliar o cenário acústico local e das edificações verticais à beira-mar. Assim, é perceptível que a população está inserida em edifícios com baixo desempenho acústico, estando assim, expostas a elevados níveis de ruído residual, podendo sofrer danos não só a saúde auditiva, mas também ocasionando danos psicológicos e cardíacos ao longo do tempo.
