Resumo: Despite being less notified, psychological abuse of teachers against existing students and brings serious harm to the victim. Considering the lack of studies and the recognition of the quality of instruments that aim at verifying and assessing a given phenomenon, this study aimed to develop the Psychological Violence Against University Students Scale (EVIPSI) which measures violent behaviors displayed by teachers against university students. This study adopted the Pasquali methodological reference model based on three procedures (theoretical, empirical, and analytical). The final version of the scale was organized into 28 items, divided into two dimensions: hostile actions from the teacher (s) to the student; and student stress in relation to the teacher (s). The process of content validation occurred during the theoretical procedure, in association with other types of validation to comply with the empirical and analytical procedures and achieve an effective validation.

En el presente estudio se analizó la falta de estudios y el reconocimiento de la calidad de los instrumentos para verificar y evaluar un determinado fenómeno, este estudio tuvo como objetivo desarrollar la Escala de Violencia Psicológica contra Estudiantes Universitarios (EVIPSI) que mide los comportamientos violentos exhibidos por los profesores contra estudiantes universidad. Este estudio adoptó el modelo de elaboración según el constructo de Pasquali con base en tres procedimientos (teóricos, empíricos y analíticos). La versión final de la escala fue organizada en 28 ítems, divididos en dos dimensiones: acciones hostiles del (los) profesor (es) al alumno; y el estrés estudiantil en relación con la (s) profesora (s). El proceso de validación de contenido ocurrió durante el procedimiento teórico, que en asociación con otros tipos de validación, cumpliendo los procedimientos empíricos y analíticos puedan obtener una validación efectiva de la escala elaborada.Apesar de ser menos notificado, o abuso psicológico de professores contra estudantes existentes e traz sérios danos à vítima. Considerando a falta de estudos e o reconhecimento da qualidade dos instrumentos que visam verificar e avaliar um determinado fenômeno, este estudo teve como objetivo desenvolver a Escala de Violência Psicológica contra Estudantes Universitários (EVIPSI) que mede os comportamentos violentos exibidos pelos professores contra estudantes universitários. Este estudo adotou o modelo de elaboração segundo o construto de Pasquali com base em três procedimentos (teóricos, empíricos e analíticos). A versão final da escala foi organizada em 28 itens, divididos em duas dimensões: ações hostis do (s) professor (es) ao aluno; e estresse estudantil em relação à (s) professora (s).
