The subdivision of land in the metropolitan region of Goiânia in terms of where we came from, where we are and what we want

Resumo: The urban development policy goes through the property right that must take into account the set of rules that aim to discipline the growth and evolution of the city, registers that constitutionally urban property needs to fulfill its social function. The subdivision of land, as an urban area planning, constitutes a public function and prevails over private interests. This research aims to study territorial development in the Metropolitan Region of Goiânia, presenting the historical aspects, important regulations on the subject since the creation of that Region, highlighting notable points of the allotment laws of the municipalities of this cluster and the Master Plan of Goiânia. regarding the instrument of land tenure regularization for the social inclusion of low-income families. In order to answer about the Territorial Development aspect and its consequences: Where do we come from? Where are we? and What do we want? The study was supported by bibliographical, exploratory and documentary references, being the main source for collecting information, analyzing data from the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics regarding the subnormal agglomerates of the aforementioned Metropolitan territory.

La parcelación del suelo, como ordenación urbanística, constituye una función pública y prevalece sobre los intereses privados. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo estudiar el desarrollo territorial en la Región Metropolitana de Goiânia, presentando los aspectos históricos, regulaciones importantes sobre el tema desde la creación de esa Región, destacando puntos notables de las leyes de asignación de los municipios de este clúster y el Plan Director de Goiânia sobre el instrumento de regularización de la tenencia de la tierra para la inclusión social de las familias de escasos recursos. Para responder sobre el aspecto Desarrollo Territorial y sus consecuencias: ¿De dónde venimos? ¿Donde estamos? y ¿Qué queremos? El estudio se apoyó en referencias bibliográficas, exploratorias y documentales, siendo la principal fuente de recolección de información, analizando datos del Instituto Brasileño de Geografía y Estadística sobre los aglomerados subnormales del referido territorio Metropolitano.A política de desenvolvimento urbano passa pelo o direito de propriedade que deve levar em conta o conjunto de normas que tenha como objetivo disciplinar o crescimento e a evolução da cidade, registra que constitucionalmente a propriedade urbana precisa cumprir sua função social. O parcelamento do solo, como ordenamento da área urbana constitui função pública e prevalece sobre os interesses particulares. Esta pesquisa tem por finalidade estudar sobre o desenvolvimento territorial na Região Metropolitana de Goiânia, apresentando os aspectos históricos, regulamentos importantes sobre o tema desde a criação da referida Região, destacando pontos notáveis das leis de loteamentos dos municípios desse aglomerado e ao Plano Diretor de Goiânia quanto ao instrumento da regularização fundiária para a inclusão social de famílias de baixa renda. Com o fito de responder sobre o aspecto do Desenvolvimento Territorial e as suas consequências: De onde viemos? Onde Estamos? e O que queremos?
