Principais Questionários de Avaliação de Qualidade de Vida: uma revisão integrativa

Resumo: | To investigate the factors which are the main instruments used to assess quality of life and which are their applications. bibliographic study of the integrative literature review type, a survey was carried out in the Scielo and VHL databases. 13 scientific articles were analyzed from 2017 to 2022. The following descriptors were used: Quality of Life; Quality of Life Indicators; Evaluation of Programs and Instruments and Research. Werr identified 326 studies were in the databases. After eliminating 86 duplicate articles, 240 articles were selected. Of these, 65 were excluded after analyzing the titles and abstracts. Of the 175 eligible articles, they were excluded for the following reasons: 50 were not available in full; 48 did not meet the time frame; 37 did not assess the use of QOL questionnaires and 27 studies were review studies. In the end, 13 studies were included in the integrative review. In this integrative review, it was identified that the main questionnaires used to assess the level of quality of life are currently: WHOQOL-100; WHOQOL-bref; SF-36 and TQWL-42. It was noticed that each one is used for a certain type of public, as it is thus able to better cover the characteristics of the population studied. It was also seen that almost all of these questionnaires were based on the WHOQOL-bre, which was created by the World Health Organization, with a view to valuing the individual's perception of their QOL. |

Se utilizaron los siguientes descriptores: Calidad de Vida; Indicadores de Calidad de Vida; Evaluación de Programas e Instrumentos e Investigación. Se identificaron 326 estudios en las bases de datos. Después de eliminar 86 artículos duplicados, se seleccionaron 240 artículos. De estos, 65 fueron excluidos luego de analizar los títulos y resúmenes. De los 175 artículos elegibles, fueron excluidos por las siguientes razones: 50 no estaban disponibles en su totalidad; 48 no cumplieron con el plazo; 37 no evaluaron el uso de cuestionarios de calidad de vida y 27 estudios fueron estudios de revisión. Al final, se incluyeron 13 estudios en la revisión integradora. En esta revisión integradora se identificó que los principales cuestionarios utilizados para evaluar el nivel de calidad de vida actualmente son: WHOQOL-100; WHOQOL-bref; SF-36 y TQWL-42. Se percibió que cada uno es utilizado para un determinado tipo de público, pudiendo así cubrir mejor las características de la población estudiada. También se vio que casi todos estos cuestionarios se basaron en el WHOQOL-bre, que fue creado por la Organización Mundial de la Salud, con el objetivo de valorar la percepción del individuo sobre su CV.Averiguar os fatores quais os principais instrumentos utilizados para avaliação de qualidade de vida e quais suas aplicações. estudo bibliográfico do tipo revisão integrativa da literatura, realizou-se levantamento nas bases de dados Scielo e BVS. Nesta revisão integrativa identificou-se que os principais questionários utilizados para avaliação do nível de qualidade de vida, atualmente são: WHOQOL-100; WHOQOL-bref; SF-36 e TQWL-42. Percebeu-se que cada um é utilizado para determinar o tipo de público, pois consegue assim abranger melhor às características da população estudada.
