Simulation as a method of teaching in collective health for students in the health area

Resumo: | Objective: to find out, from the integrative review, what has been published about public health simulation scenarios in undergraduate health courses. Method: this is an integrative review carried out in Scielo.org, Lilacs and VHL published in the last 10 years, using the Bollean health descriptors: teaching AND simulation AND collective health OR Primary Health Care. Results: using the criteria of inclusion, 6 articles were found - most of the studies found were published in the field of nursing, consecutively in medicine and speech therapy. In short, they describe clinical simulation in collective health as an ability to develop actions in Primary Health Care and analysis of students' knowledge, satisfaction and confidence based on the use of this method in higher education. Final considerations: with this study, it was possible to know what has been published about simulation in the training field of primary care for future health professionals at university level. Few studies were found in this review, which allows us to problematize the need for future studies, given the effectiveness of the simulation method for teaching-learning. |

Método: se trata de una revisión integradora realizada en Scielo.org, Lilacs y BVS publicadas en los últimos 10 años, utilizando los descriptores de salud Bollean: enseñanza Y simulación Y salud colectiva O Atención Primaria de Salud. Resultados: al utilizar los criterios de inclusión se encontraron 6 artículos - la mayoría de los estudios encontrados fueron publicados en el área de enfermería, consecutivamente medicina y logopedia. En resumen, describen la simulación clínica en salud pública como una habilidad para el desarrollo de acciones en la Atención Primaria de Salud y análisis del conocimiento, satisfacción y confianza de los estudiantes a partir del uso de este método en la educación superior. Consideraciones finales: con este estudio se pudo conocer lo que se ha publicado sobre la simulación en el campo de la formación de la atención primaria para los futuros profesionales de la salud a nivel universitario. Se encontraron pocos estudios en esta revisión, lo que permite discutir la necesidad de futuros trabajos, dada la efectividad del método de simulación para la enseñanza y el aprendizaje.Objetivo: conhecer, a partir da revisão integrativa, o que tem sido publicado sobre os cenários de simulação de saúde coletiva em cursos de graduação em saúde. Método: trata-se de uma revisão integrativa realizada no Scielo.org, Lilacs e BVS publicados nos últimos 10 anos, utilizando os descritores em saúde bolleanos: ensino AND simulação AND saúde coletiva OR Atenção Primária à Saúde. Resultados: ao utilizar os critérios de inclusão, foram encontrados 6 artigos - grande parte dos estudos encontrados foram publicados na área da enfermagem, consecutivamente medicina e fonoaudiologia. Em suma, descrevem a simulação clínica na saúde coletiva como habilidade para o desenvolvimento de ações em Atenção Primária à Saúde e análise do conhecimento, satisfação e confiança dos estudantes a partir do uso desse método no ensino superior. Considerações finais: com este estudo foi possível conhecer o que tem sido publicado sobre a simulação no campo formativo da atenção primária de futuros profissionais de saúde a nível universitário.
