Resumo: The paper presents an experimental article on the treatment of hip dysplasia in dogs, emphasizing conservative treatments, especially as available rehabilitation modalities. 12 animals were selected equally in two selected ways, in group I of 6  animals that were selected only with drug therapies and in group II, the 6 animals were treated with drug and integrative therapies. The long groups were provided with short estimates and, evaluating the signs of Ortolani, Barlow and after initiation of treatment. No moment of the selected animals showed zero statistical superiority in the three questions. In the first evaluation, at 30 days of treatment, there were no two statistical differences in the variations in the groups, indicating that in both therapies there were differences to improve the significant differences in the various variations in the evaluations. In the long-term evaluation after at least 60 days of treatment, there are no flexion and extension angles and thigh diameter of group II similar to the evolution compared to the previous evaluations, which in the group were compared to the previous evaluations at the same time. These results indicate that drug therapy was more efficient in improving joint amplitude and promoting muscle gain, when compared to drug therapy, however, it is necessary to take into account the gain in muscle gain when compared to conventional therapy.

Research, Society and Development2022-07-05info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/article/view/3176110.33448/rsd-v11i9.31761Research, Society and Development; Vol. 11 No. 9; e13611931761Research, Society and Development; Vol. 11 Núm. 9; e13611931761Research, Society and Development; v. 11 n. 9; e136119317612525-3409reponame:Research, Society and Developmentinstname:Universidade Federal de Itajubá (UNIFEI)instacron:UNIFEIporhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/article/view/31761/26992Copyright (c) 2022 Letícia Cristiane da Silva; Lohanna Serafini Campos Pereira; Larissa Teixeira Pachecohttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessSilva, Letícia Cristiane daPereira, Lohanna Serafini Campos Pacheco, Larissa Teixeira2022-07-21T12:36:16Zoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/31761Revistahttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/indexPUBhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/oairsd.articles@gmail.com2525-34092525-3409opendoar:2024-01-17T09:47:59.664938Research, Society and Development - Universidade Federal de Itajubá (UNIFEI)false
