Associated factors to suicidal behavior among graduate students – scoping review protocol

Resumo: Objective: to describe the methodological steps, through the construction of a scope review protocol aiming at the identification of factors associated with suicidal behavior among graduate students. Method of review: Scope review protocol developed considering mainly the guidelines of the Joanna Briggs Institute. An iterative search strategy is proposed in multiple repositories: SCOPUS, LILACS, Medline (Pubmed), Web of Science, CINAHL, PsycINFO, Open Thesis, and CAPES Thesis and Dissertation Bank. The data selection and extraction process will take place through the evaluation of two reviewers acting independently. Presentation and interpretation of results: Results will be presented in tabular and narrative form. Conclusion: This protocol aims to describe the methodological steps for conducting a scoping review, aiming to reduce bias in the search and selection of references, making these criteria clear and uniform among reviewers.

Método de revisión: el protocolo de revisión se desarrolló considerando principalmente recomendaciones del Instituto Joanna Briggs. Se propone estrategia de búsqueda iterativa en múltiples repositorios: SCOPUS, LILACS, Medline (Pubmed), Web of Science, CINAHL, PsycINFO, Open Thesis y CAPES Thesis and Dissertation Bank. El proceso de selección y extracción de datos se realizará a través de evaluación de dos revisores que actúan de forma independiente. Presentación e interpretación de los resultados: Los resultados se presentarán en forma tabular y narrativa. Conclusión: Este protocolo objetiva describir los pasos metodológicos para llevar a cabo una scoping review, com redución de parcialidad en la búsqueda y selección de referencias, haciendo que estos criterios sean claros y uniformes entre los revisores.Objetivo: descrever os passos metodológicos, por meio da construção de um protocolo de revisão de escopo visando a identificação de fatores associados ao comportamento suicida entre pós-graduandos. Método de revisão: Protocolo de revisão de escopo elaborado considerando, principalmente, orientações do Joanna Briggs Institute. Propõe-se estratégia de busca iterativa em múltiplos repositórios: SCOPUS, LILACS, Medline (Pubmed), Web of Science, CINAHL, PsyINFO, Open Thesis e Banco de Teses e Dissertações da CAPES. O processo de seleção e extração de dados se dará pela avaliação de dois revisores atuando independentemente. Apresentação e interpretação dos resultados: Os resultados serão apresentados de forma tabular e narrativa.
