Resumo: The research aims to study the theory of dialogue of sources in the harmonization of civil law and civil procedural law in the case of the action of consignment in payment dealing with joint and several obligation of successive treatment, in the context of the creditor's delay and when configured by the institutes of objective good faith. Using the deductive method with doctrinal review as a methodological option, the analysis of the theory of the dialogue of sources begins, demonstrating the harmony and coordination between the legislations of the legal system for the realization of normative values. Next, the active joint and several obligations of successive treatment and the attached duties of good faith are analyzed. In conclusion, the systematic dialogue of complementarity of the sources of civil law and civil procedure in the filing of the action of consignment in payment dealing with mora accipiendi, configured the objective good faith, allows the coexistence of laws with fields of different applications, which dialogue in the same fluid and complex legal system.

Utilizando el método deductivo con revisión doctrinal como opción metodológica, se inicia el análisis de la teoría del diálogo de fuentes, demostrando la armonía y coordinación entre las legislaciones del ordenamiento jurídico para la realización de los valores normativos.Por consiguiente, se examinan las obligaciones solidarias activas de trato sucesivo y los deberes de buena fe anejos. Al final, concluye que la complementariedad sistemática entre las fuentes del derecho civil y el derecho procesal civil en la interposición de la acción de consignación en pago que trata de mora accipiendi, configurándose la buena fe objetiva, permite la coexistencia de leyes con campos de distintas aplicaciones, que dialogan en un mismo ordenamiento jurídico fluido y complejo.A pesquisa tem por objetivo estudar a teoria do diálogo das fontes na harmonização das normas de direito civil e de direito processual civil e verificar sua aplicação no ajuizamento da ação de consignação em pagamento versando sobre obrigação solidária de trato sucessivo, no contexto de mora do credor e quando configurados os institutos da boa-fé objetiva. Utilizando o método dedutivo com revisão doutrinária como opção metodológica, inicia-se a análise da teoria do diálogo das fontes demonstrando-se a harmonia e a coordenação entre as legislações do ordenamento jurídico para a concretização dos valores normativos. A seguir, examinam-se as obrigações solidárias ativas de trato sucessivo e os deveres anexos da boa-fé.
