School and family in the Turé Community: one studies in the Marajoara Amazon

Resumo: The present study aims to understand the social roles of the two important institutions: family and school, and how the learning process is benefited, when have a partnership can be obtained when both are involved in the children learning process, showing the river people of Marajó’s Amazon reality. The same approach was taken at the Escola Municipal de Ensino Infantil e Fundamental Turé, in a class from the fourth year of elementary school. Initially, a bibliographical research was employed, which were studied the following topics: family, school, public politics and the education standards of Marajó’s Amazonian region. Afterwards, empirical data from the direct participative observation, historical life experiences, visualization of student´s notebooks, interviews with the school´s principal and the class teacher. According to the data analyzed, we can affirm that to have a well educational development, it is necessary to have a strict dialogue between family and school. The children´s learning process is directly connected to the way which the family and the school regards the education obtainment.

The children´s learning process is directly connected to the way which the family and the school regards the education obtainment.Este documento tiene como objetivo discutir la importancia de la familia en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje del niño, considerando las peculiaridades de la realidad ribereña del Marajoara amazónico en el estado de Pará-Brasil. La investigación se llevó a cabo en la Escuela Municipal de Educación Infantil y Primaria Turé, con la clase de cuarto grado de la escuela primaria. Al principio, se realizó una investigación bibliográfica, donde se propuso estudiar los siguientes conceptos: familia, escuela, políticas públicas y la situación educativa en el Marajoara amazónico. Luego, se realizó una encuesta de datos empíricos mediante observación participativa directa, monitoreo de los libros de actividades de los estudiantes, entrevistas con el director de la institución, con el maestro de clase y los padres de los estudiantes. El análisis de los datos permitió afirmar la relevancia de la relación entre el desarrollo educativo y el diálogo familia / escuela para el rendimiento escolar. La enseñanza y el aprendizaje están directamente vinculados a la interacción de la familia con la escuela para el desarrollo educativo del niño. En conclusión, las poblaciones ribereñas necesitan una educación transformadora adecuada a su forma de vida para superar el analfabetismo y la pobreza.O presente trabalho tem como objetivo discutir a importância da família no processo de ensino aprendizagem das crianças e dos jovens considerando as peculiaridades da realidade ribeirinha da Amazônia marajoara no Estado do Pará- Brasil. A pesquisa foi realizada na Escola Municipal de Ensino Infantil e Fundamental Turé, com a turma 4° ano do ensino fundamental. A princípio, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica, onde se propôs estudar os seguintes conceitos: família, escola, políticas públicas e a situação educacional na Amazônia marajoara. Em seguida, foi feito um levantamento de dados empíricos via observação direta participativa, acompanhamento dos cadernos de atividades dos alunos, entrevista com a diretora da instituição, com a professora da turma e pais de alunos. A análise dos dados permitiu afirmar a relevância da relação entre desenvolvimento educacional e o diálogo família/escola para o desempenho do alunado. Ensino e aprendizagem estão diretamente ligados à interação da família com a escola para o desenvolvimento educacional da criança.
