Resumo: | Ergonomics can be understood as human factors, a scientific field focused on understanding the relationship between people and elements/systems, being multidisciplinarity and interactions of people with organization, environment and technology. Enabling projects and interventions aimed at improving health, comfort, safety and better productivity in an integrated way. In view of the above this article aims to analyze the jobs of telemarketing attendants and propose improvements in working conditions and the implementation of the risk management program (PGR). In this way, the ergonomic analysis of the work was developed, and a check list was applied, based on Annex II of regulatory standard 17, and then made the analysis of the results obtained from the non-conformities found, and later, the proposals for improvement and adaptations of furniture and equipment of the workstations were developed, and it was suggested the implemented occupational risk prevention program and risk management program to provide more comfort, well-being, health and safety for Workers. |

Posibilitar proyectos e intervenciones dirigidas a mejorar la salud, el confort, la seguridad y una mejor productividad de forma integrada. En vista de lo anterior, este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar los trabajos de los asistentes de telemarketing y proponer mejoras en las condiciones de trabajo y la implementación del programa de gestión de riesgos (PGR). De esta manera, se desarrolló el análisis ergonómico de la obra, y se aplicó una lista de verificación, basada en el Anexo II de la norma reglamentaria 17, para luego realizar el análisis de los resultados obtenidos de las no conformidades encontradas, y posteriormente, se desarrollaron las propuestas de mejora y adaptaciones de mobiliario y equipamiento de los puestos de trabajo, y se sugirió el programa de prevención de riesgos laborales implantado y el programa de gestión de riesgos para brindar más comodidad, bienestar, salud y seguridad para los trabajadores.A ergonomia pode ser entendida como fatores humanos, um campo científico voltado para a compreensão da relação entre pessoas e elementos/sistemas, se tratando de multidisciplinaridade e interações das pessoas com a organização, o ambiente e a tecnologia. Possibilitando projetos e intervenções visando a melhoria de forma integrada à saúde, conforto, segurança e melhor produtividade. Diante do exposto este artigo tem como objetivo analisar os postos de trabalho dos atendentes de um telemarketing e propor melhorias das condições de trabalho e a implementação do programa de gerenciamento de risco (PGR).
