Leadership studies of middle school students in a public school of brazilian basic education

Resumo: | The topics involving leader and leadership are recurrent in the area of Administration, however, this subject can be studied in other environments, such as in school. In this sense, this research was carried out in the State School Francisco de Sá Cavalcante, in the city of Paulista-PB, with students of the 3rd year "A", morning shift. The aim of this article was to investigate the leadership styles of third year students and the contribution of these profiles to the formation of autonomous subjects. The research took place in a qualitative way, as it prioritized, besides bibliographical materials on the concepts of Leader, Leadership, Leadership Styles and pedagogical aspects, the students' behavior in the classroom and the application of a questionnaire, with closed questions, in the which the student presented a perception of himself about his actions at school. It has come to the conclusion that the school has sought to make the students autonomous, helping with pedagogical proposals in the development of leaders. From the students' perceptions about themselves and the stimuli of this school, the styles presented in this article were found. |

En este sentido, esta investigación fue realizada en la Escuela Estadual Francisco de Sá Cavalcante, en la ciudad de Paulista-PB, con alumnos del 3º año "A", turno mañana. El objetivo de este artículo fue investigar los estilos de liderazgo de los alumnos del tercer año de la Enseñanza Media de la Escuela Francisco de Sá Cavalcante en la ciudad de Paulista - PB y la contribución de estos perfiles en la formación de sujetos autónomos. La investigación se dio de forma cualitativa, pues priorizó, además de materiales bibliográficos sobre los conceptos de Líder, Liderazgo, Estilos de Liderazgo y aspectos pedagógicos, el comportamiento de los alumnos en el aula y la aplicación de un cuestionario, con preguntas cerradas, que el alumno presentó una percepción de sí sobre sus acciones en la escuela. Se llegó a la conclusión que la escuela ha buscado hacer a los alumnos autónomos, auxiliando con propuestas pedagógicas en el desarrollo de líderes. A partir de las percepciones de los alumnos sobre sí y de los estímulos de esa escuela, se encontraron los estilos presentados en este artículo.Os temas que envolvem líder e liderança são recorrentes na área de Administração, no entanto, esse assunto pode ser estudado em outros ambientes, como por exemplo, na escola. Nesse sentido, esta pesquisa foi realizada na Escola Estadual Francisco de Sá Cavalcante, na cidade de Paulista-PB, com alunos do 3º ano “A”, turno manhã. O objetivo deste artigo foi de investigar os estilos de liderança dos alunos do terceiro ano e a contribuição destes perfis na formação de sujeitos autônomos. A pesquisa se deu de forma qualitativa, pois priorizou, além de materiais bibliográficos sobre os conceitos de Líder, Liderança, Estilos de Liderança e aspectos pedagógicos, o comportamento dos alunos na sala de aula e a aplicação de um questionário, com perguntas fechadas, no qual o aluno apresentou uma percepção de si sobre suas ações na escola. Chegou-se à conclusão que a escola tem buscado tornar os alunos autônomos, auxiliando com propostas pedagógicas no desenvolvimento de líderes.
