Resumo: The needs and expectations of consumers have been a major challenge for companies, which live in an increasingly competitive scenario. That is why launching a product that has customer acceptance is essential. This work aims to evaluate and establish relationships through the physical-chemical parameters of detergents, verifying their adjustment to the standards established by the health legislation. Five samples were collected from an industry located in the city of Campina Grande-PB, of the product and the pH and kinematic viscosity were analyzed, in triplicate, comparing the results together with the specifications provided for in Resolution No. 40/2008 of ANVISA. The results indicated that the pH and kinematic viscosity were in compliance with the resolution, indicating that the product can be purchased without harming the consumer.

Por eso es esencial lanzar un producto que tenga la aceptación del cliente. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo evaluar y establecer relaciones a través de los parámetros físico-químicos de los detergentes, verificando su ajuste a los estándares establecidos por la legislación sanitaria. Se recogieron cinco muestras de una industria ubicada en la ciudad de Campina Grande-PB, del producto y se analizaron el pH y la viscosidad cinemática, por triplicado, comparando los resultados junto con las especificaciones provistas en la Resolución ANVISA 40/2008. Los resultados indicaron que el pH y la viscosidad cinemática cumplían con la resolución, lo que indica que el producto se puede comprar sin dañar al consumidor.As necessidades e expectativas dos consumidores tem sido um grande desafio para as empresas, que vivem em um cenário cada vez mais competitivo. Por isso lançar um produto que tenha a aceitação do cliente é fundamental. Este trabalho tem por objetivo avaliar e estabelecer relações através dos parâmetros físico-químicos de detergentes, verificando seu ajustamento aos padrões estabelecidos pela legislação sanitária. Foram coletadas 5 amostras de uma indústria localizada na Cidade de Campina Grande- PB, do produto e analisados o pH e a viscosidade cinemática, em triplicata, comparando-se os resultados junto as especificações previstas na Resolução nº 40/2008 da ANVISA.
