Resumo: | This first issue of the year 2016 presents 12 articles. With regard to epistemology, there are ten positivist studies and two critical studies. With regard to the field of study, ten studies are about administration and two are about economics. With regard to the thematic areas, there are three studies on strategy, three on marketing, and one on each of the following areas: international businesses, human resources, organizational theory, technology supply, rural development and capital gains tax. With regard to the theoretical background, the studies are divided into the following backgrounds: strategy/finances; commodity chain/RBV/relational view; sustainability and performance; institutional entrepreneurship; consumer behavior/performance; service quality; personal and organizational values; social identity; technology supply; capital gains taxation theory; rural development. With regard to the geographical scope, ten studies are conducted with Brazilian organizations, one with Brazilian organizations overseas, one is about a sector in Portugal, and one addresses a state aspect in the Northeast region. With regard to the sector, ten studies are about the private sector and two are about the public sector. Private sectors include the metal, wine, beef, retail, food and general sectors. With regard to the public sector, one study addresses social exclusion and one addresses tax efficiency. With regard to the empirical object, there are three studies on industry, three on retail, two on government, one on educational institutions and three cover general issues. With regard to the type of research, there are nine theoretical and empirical field studies, two essays and one case study. With regard to the research approach, nine studies are quantitative and three are qualitative. With regard to the language, all the 12 studies are in Portuguese. With regard to the home institution, eleven studies are from national HEIs and one is from an international institution. With regard to the format, eight articles use the ABNT style and four use the APA style. In short, the studies presented here are mostly: positivists; on administration; strategy and marketing; conducted with private Brazilian rganizations in the industry and retail sectors; theoretical and empirical field studies; quantitative studies; written in Portuguese; conducted by researchers from Brazilian education institutions; in the ABNT style format, with an increasing trend of APA style articles. The supremacy of quantitative studies should be highlighted. |

Quanto ao campo de estudo, dez trabalhos referem-se à administração e dois à economia. Quanto às áreas temáticas, três são de estratégia, três de marketing, e um para cada uma das seguintes áreas: negócios internacionais, recursos humanos, teoria das organizações, oferta tecnológica, desenvolvimento rural e tributação de capital. Quanto ao referencial teórico, os trabalhos são divididos nos seguintes backgrounds: estratégia/finanças; cadeia produtiva/RBV/ visão relacional; sustentabilidade e desempenho; empreendedorismo institucional; comportamento do consumidor/mídia social; comportamento do consumidor/desempenho; qualidade de serviços; valores pessoais e organizacionais; identidade social; oferta tecnológica; teoria da tributação do capital; desenvolvimento rural. Quanto ao escopo geográfico, dez tratam de organizações brasileiras, um de organizações brasileiras no campo internacional, um de um setor em Portugal, e um aborda um aspecto estadual na região Nordeste. Quanto ao setor, dez estudos referem-se ao setor privado, e dois ao setor público. Os privados são distribuídos em setor metalúrgico, vinícola, carne bovina, varejo, alimentação e gerais. Quanto ao setor público, um refere-se à exclusão social e outro à eficiência tributária. Quanto ao objeto empírico, três são de indústria, três de varejo, dois de governo, um de instituições de ensino e três são gerais. Quanto ao tipo de pesquisa, nove são estudos teórico-empíricos de campo, dois são ensaios e um refere-se a estudo de caso. Quanto à natureza da pesquisa, nove são estudos quantitativos e três são qualitativos. Quanto à língua, todos os 12 trabalhos são em português. Quanto à origem das instituições de ensino superior, onze trabalhos são de IES nacionais e um é de instituição internacional. Quanto à formatação, oito são artigos em ABNT e quatro em APA. Em suma, os trabalhos aqui apresentados são, em sua maioria: positivistas; de administração; de estratégia e marketing; de organizações brasileiras pertencentes ao setor privado, da indústria e do varejo; teórico-empíricos com estudos de campo; com uso de métodos quantitativos; escritos em português; pertencentes a pesquisadores de instituições de ensino brasileiras; de formatação ABNT, com tendência para aumento de artigos escritos em APA.
