Resumo: The author begins by summarily characterizing human rights today, highlighting the controversies that have arisen around its rationality and utility, in a complex context that points to other values and to a new conception of humanism.In the second part, the article explores some reflections on the place of human rights in transhumanism, understood as a new stage of humanity, with people highly identified with the technologies, lifestyles and visions of the world, that put transhuman as a biotechnological horizonThe author places particular emphasis on the contradictions to which rights are subject, compressed between the progressive ambitions of the defenders of transhumanism and the conservative criticism of their opponents, while highlighting the theoretical potentialities for the renewal of rights in this new context.

En la segunda parte, el artículo explora algunas reflexiones sobre el lugar de los derechos humanos en el transhumanismo, entendido este como un nuevo estadio de la humanidad, con personas altamente identificadas con las tecnologías, estilos de vida y visiones del mundo, que colocan el transhumano como horizonte biotecnológico . El autor da un particular énfasis a las contradicciones a las que los derechos son sujetos, comprimidos entre las ambiciones progresistas de los defensores del transhumanismo y las críticas conservadoras de sus opositores, sin dejar de subrayar las potencialidades teóricas de renovación de los derechos en este nuevo contexto.L'autore inizia descrivendo sommariamente i diritti umani oggi, evidenziando le controversie che sono sorte intorno alla sua razionalità e utilità, in un contesto complesso che punta ad altri valori e verso una nuova concezione dell'umanesimo. Nella seconda parte, l'articolo esplora alcune riflessioni sul ruolo dei diritti umani nel transumanesimo, inteso come una nuova fase dell'umanità, con persone altamente identificate con le tecnologie, gli stili di vita e le visioni del mondo, che collocano il transumano come orizzonte biotecnologico. L'autore dà particolare enfasi alle contraddizioni a cui sono soggetti i diritti, compressi tra le ambizioni progressive dei difensori del transumanesimo e le critiche conservatrici dei loro oppositori, pur sottolineando il potenziale teorico di rinnovamento dei diritti in questo nuovo contesto.  O autor começa por caracterizar sumariamente os direitos humanos na atualidade, realçando as controvérsias que têm surgido em torno da sua racionalidade e utilidade, num contexto complexo que aponta para outros valores e para uma nova conceção de humanismo. Na segunda parte, o artigo explana algumas reflexões sobre o lugar dos direitos humanos no transumanismo, entendido este como um novo estádio da humanidade, com pessoas altamente identificadas com as tecnologias, estilos de vida e visões do mundo, que colocam o transumano como horizonte biotecnológico.
