Resumo: The article deals with the importance of the cemeteries of the nineteenth century as places of experiencing and interacting with art funerary sculpture. These cemeteries are practically no longer used for burial and should therefore be converted into museums and propitiate access to their works of art. The changing attitudes toward death authenticate your space as a place of study and knowledge. The ancient cemeteries offer possibilities to become frequency of public places, more attractive and welcoming than lurid or morbid as often referenced.

Esses cemitérios praticamente não são mais usados para sepultamento e por isso devem ser convertidos em museus, propiciando o acesso às suas obras de arte. A mudança das posturas diante da morte autentica seu espaço como um local de estudos e de conhecimento.
