Effective educational management practice

Resumo: | Strategic Planning (PE) of La Salle College Lucas do Rio Verde/MT is a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) adaptation to the higher education institutions (HEI) developed for companies, in order to ensure its sustainability and achieving the indicators proposed by the Ministry of Education by the National Higher Education Evaluation System (SINAES). Since 2009, the Management Group, made up coordination of academic and administrative sectors was responsible for the study PE procedures, implementation and monitoring. From the analysis of (IES) Internal and External Scenarios and SWOT Matrix elements we prospected Objectives, Strategic Projects/Actions, indicators and their targets, aligned with the criteria required by SINAES. Here we present the PE performance results for the years 2012, 2013 and 2014. The PE monitoring and periodic analysis provided better knowledge and systemic and integrated vision of academic and administrative actions and showed higher confidence, consistency and loyalty to achieve the mission and vision of the College. The results show that over the three years there was an increase of the goals achieved in general, provided by the three goals improvement. |

The results show that over the three years there was an increase of the goals achieved in general, provided by the three goals improvement.O Planejamento Estratégico (PE) da Faculdade La Salle de Lucas do Rio Verde/MT é uma adaptação, para as Instituições do Ensino Superior (IES), do Balanced Scorecard (BSC) desenvolvido para as empresas, com o objetivo de garantir sua sustentabilidade e atingir os indicadores propostos pelo Ministério da Educação pelo Sistema Nacional de Avaliação da Educação Superior (SINAES). Desde 2009, o Grupo Gestor integrado por coordenações de setores acadêmicos e administrativos foi o responsável pelos procedimentos de estudo, implantação e acompanhamento do PE da IES. A partir da análise dos Cenários Internos e Externos da IES e dos elementos da Matriz SWOT prospectaram-se os Objetivos, Projetos/Ações Estratégicos, Indicadores e suas Metas, alinhados aos critérios exigidos pelo SINAES. Aqui apresenta-se os resultados do desempenho do PE dos anos de 2012, 2013 e 2014. O acompanhamento e análise periódica do PE proporcionaram melhor conhecimento e visão sistêmica e integrada das ações acadêmicas e administrativas e propiciaram maior confiança, consistência e fidelização para a consecução da missão e visão da Faculdade.
