Cardivascular Health Of Military Instructors Shooting

Resumo: Cardiovascular diseases have been considered a major public health problem, causing great demands and high costs in hospital care. It can be seen in this study, risk factors of a coronary in the Military Brigade shooting instructors. The research, transversal, was carried out by structured interview, hemodynamic evaluation and laboratory tests as the VI Brazilian Guidelines on Hypertension. Data analysis, we used statistical tests using the SPSS program (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) considering p <0.05. The group was made up of 22 military Police officers shootingin structors, predominantly male. There was the prevalence of the following coronary risk factors: glucose 3 (13.6%), total cholesterol 8 (36.4%), body mass index 20 (90.9%), low density lipoprotein 17 (77.3%), high density lipoprotein 7 (31,8%), alcohol 15 (68.9%), tobacco 2 (9.1%), blood pressure systemic 9 (41.0%), blood pressure diastolic 6 (27.3%), physical activity level 9 (41.0%). The data draw attention because they deal primarily of public safety professionals, in order to serve the society.

Percebe-se, neste estudo, fatores de risco cardiovasculares em instrutores de tiro da Brigada Militar. A pesquisa, de caráter transversal, foi realizada por entrevista estruturada, avaliação hemodinâmica e exames laboratoriais conforme a VI Diretriz Brasileira de Hipertensão. Na análise dos dados, utilizou-se teste estatístico por meio do Programa SPSS (Pacote Estatístico para as Ciências Sociais) considerando-se o p<0,05. O grupo foi constituído de 22 policiais militares instrutores de tiro, sendo predominante o sexo masculino. Houve a prevalência dos seguintes fatores de risco cardiovasculares: glicemia 3 (13,6%), colesterol total 8 (36,4%), índice de massa corporal total 20 (90,9%), low density lipoprotein 17 (77,3%), high density lipoprotein 7 (31,8%), álcool 15 (68,9%), tabagismo 2 (9,1%), pressão arterial sistólica 9 (41,0%), pressão arterial diastólica 6 (27,3%), nível de atividade física 9 (41,0%).
