Users of Satisfaction with Treatment in a Psychosocial Care Center Alcohol and Other Drugs

Resumo: Objective: this study aimed to understand user satisfaction the care received in a Psychosocial Care Center Alcohol and other Drugs (CAPSad).Method: this is a qualitative study, which used the theoretical framework of phenomenological sociology. The study was conducted in a CAPSadIIIde Porto Alegre were interviewed and 15 users in March 2014.Conclusion: through the phenomenological analysis showed that users feel satisfied with CAPSad in the environmental sphere, care and treatment provided. With the study we found that the links created between users and trabalhadoresno CAPS are able to promote the effectiveness of the treatment provided to suit the needs of users.

Metodo: Se trata de un estudio cualitativo, que utiliza el marco teórico de la sociología fenomenológica. El estudio se realizó en un CAPSadIII de Porto Alegre fueron entrevistados y 15 usuarios en marzo de 2014. Conclusión: A través del análisis fenomenológico mostró que los usuarios se sientan satisfechos con CAPSad en el ámbito del medio ambiente, el cuidado y el tratamiento proporcionado. Con el estudio se encontró que los vínculos creados entre los usuarios y trabalhadores no CAPS son capaces de promover la eficacia del tratamiento a que se adapte a las necesidades de los usuarios.Objetivo: este estudo teve como objetivo compreender a satisfação dos usuários sobre o atendimento recebido em um Centro de Atenção Psicossociais Álcool e outras Drogas (CAPSad).Método: Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, que utilizou o referencial teórico-metodológico da sociologia fenomenológica. O estudo foi realizado em um CAPSadIII de Porto Alegre e foram entrevistados 15 usuários em março de 2014.Conclusão: Através da análise fenomenológica evidenciou-se que os usuários sentem-se satisfeitos com o CAPSad, nas esferas do ambiente, assistência e tratamento prestado.
