Por tanto, se propone realizar una lectura crítica de los dos actos legislativos de vivienda que han guiado los procesos de zonificación y financiación de habitación (NHA 1934 y FAH 1968), así como una posible lectura de las implicaciones actuales de dicha segregación por rangos (o colores) en las zonas y comunidades vulnerabilizadas por tales políticas.The objective of this article is to analyze the zoning and housing policies implemented in Americans cities since the 30s, which, following up on a culture of segregation and marginalization where ethnic and racialized communities suffered and continue to suffer, environmental risk, lack of public investment, forced homogenization and preconceptions about its inhabitants.
