The theme of this study was the spatial distribution of positive cases of break bone fever in the city of Foz do Iguaçu. With data provided by the Epidemiology sector, SINAN, obtained georeferenced points, using Google Earth, of positive cases of dengue, became the coordinates of these points for the reference system SAD69, which is compatible with the base map of the municipality. Became the crossroads of information processing and the cartographic base with positive cases of dengue. Generated thematic maps presented the spatial distribution of dengue cases for each health district of the city. It was found the district had more cases of dengue in 2011 was the Eastern District, the district followed the north, west, north and south. From the maps it was possible to determine the regions where there were more positive cases of the disease
