REGIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL CONFLICTS IN THE NATIONAL PARK SERRA of CIPÓ

Resumo: The National Park of Serra do Cipo - PNSCi, located in the southern Serra doEspinhaço, is considered one of the natural settings of great national touristattractiveness and internacionalmente.É a privileged social space of the researchers,which has a base in preservationism that guides their actions in the environmental field.Created in 1975, while State Park in 1984 was recategorized as a National Park. Thisprocess was marked by the expropriation of several traditional family groups that keptthe place forms of communal ownership, and family environment. This paper presentsthis process of expropriation emphasizing that currently can be understood as a secondcycle of expropriation. A reconfiguration of environmental conflict reatualizado in 2013with the last six traditional family groups resistant community Retiro. Current conflictshows overlapping claims between the various traditional groups, with differentidentities and cultural logics, and ICMBio on the same spatial area. This present study aims to understand the process of deterritorialization in its first cycle, performed at thetime of implementation of PNSCi, the update of this process in its second cycle inRetiro and understand the meaning of territorial park for each sujeito. To that end, weconducted literature search, semi-structured interviews and mental map.

É um espaço social privilegiado dos pesquisadores, que tem no preservacionismo a base que orienta suas ações no campo ambiental. Criado em 1975, enquanto Parque Estadual, em 1984 foi recategorizado como Parque Nacional. Tal processo foi marcado pela expropriação de vários grupos familiares tradicionais do lugar que mantinham formas de apropriação comunal e familiar do ambiente. Este texto apresenta este processo de expropriação dando ênfase ao que pode ser compreendido atualmente como segundo ciclo de expropriação. Uma reconfiguração do conflito ambiental reatualizado no ano de 2013 junto aos seis últimos grupos familiares tradicionais resistentes da Comunidade do Retiro. O conflito atual mostra a sobreposição de reivindicações entre os diversos grupos tradicionais, portadores de identidades e lógicas culturais diferenciadas, e o ICMBio sobre o mesmo recorte espacial. Este presente trabalho tem como objetivo compreender o processo de desterritorialização em seu primeiro ciclo, realizado na época da implementação do PNSCi, a atualização deste processo em seu segundo ciclo no Retiro e compreender o sentido do território parque para cada sujeito.
