TEORIA DA DEPÊNDENCIA EM FERNANDO HENRIQUE CARDOSO E RUY MAURO MARINI:: uma aplicação prática à economia ecológica.

Resumo: The present work goes through three fronts of analysis, one of which is to bring to light the concept of Dependency Theory from the work of Fernando Henrique Cardoso, with a Weberian orientation, the same concept for Rui Mauro Marini, of the Marxist school, and to carry out an analysis of a new field in Economic Sciences that is Ecological Economics, dedicated to the study of natural resources and human intervention in them. The discussion went on to present the concepts of each of the authors, and also an overview of Ecological Economics, to then dialogue with the three showing how environmental impacts and situations of exploitation of natural resources in countries considered peripheral can be explained by the Theory of Dependency, not only from a bias, but having a broad view of the concepts of this and its various aspects, where each one manages to contribute to an important research result. The most important conclusion reached is how the process of exploitation of labor and natural resources in the third world leaves a trail of poverty, underdevelopment and environmental collapse for local populations from problems in the balance of payments and unfavorable prices for these countries, and how the institutions are colluding with this process based on the alignment of the international bourgeoisie with the third-world elite.

La discusión pasó a presentar los conceptos de cada uno de los autores, así como un panorama general de la Economía Ecológica, para luego dialogar con los tres mostrando cómo los impactos ambientales y las situaciones de explotación de los recursos naturales en países considerados periféricos pueden ser explicados por la Teoría de la Dependencia, no solo desde un sesgo, sino teniendo una visión amplia de los conceptos de esta y sus diversos aspectos, donde cada uno logre aportar a un importante resultado de investigación. La conclusión más importante a la que se llega es cómo el proceso de explotación de la mano de obra y los recursos naturales en el tercer mundo deja una estela de pobreza, subdesarrollo y colapso ambiental para las poblaciones locales a partir de problemas en la balanza de pagos y precios desfavorables para estos países, y cómo la Las instituciones están coludidas con este proceso basado en el alineamiento de la burguesía internacional con la élite del tercer mundo.O presente trabalho passa por três frentes de análise, sendo uma de trazer à luz o conceito de Teoria da Dependência a partir do trabalho de Fernando Henrique Cardoso, com orientação Weberiana, o mesmo conceito para Ruy Mauro Marini, de escola Marxista, e realizar uma análise de um campo novo na Ciências Econômica que é a Economia Ecológica, dedicada a estudar os recursos naturais e a intervenção do homem nestas. A discussão passou por apresentar os conceitos de cada um dos autores, e também um panorama geral da Economia Ecológica, para em seguida dialogar com os três mostrando como impactos ambientais e situações de exploração de recursos naturais nos países tidos como periféricos podem ser explicados pela Teoria da Dependência, não somente por um viés, mas tendo uma visão ampla dos conceitos desta e suas várias vertentes, onde cada uma consegue contribuir a um resultado importante de pesquisa.
