Resumo: Regarding the understanding of the socio-spatial formation of societies, it’s necessary to illustrate the practices of big corporations and their multiple scales of operation, considering the weight of the requests of these characters in relation to the large space reconfiguration. The scope of this first assay is to analyze the evolution of geographic investigation concerning the movement of the diffusion movement of business groups under different prisms related to the geographic space category, seeking, still, the interrelation of spatial cutoffs admissible to the understanding of the building process of its spatialities.

La finalité du présent essai est d’analyser l’évolution de la recherche géographique au sujet du mouvement de diffusion de groupes d’entreprises sous les différentes conceptions liées au domaine espace géographique, en enquêtant, encore, la interrelation des définitions spatiales plausibles à la compréhension du processus de construction de ses spatialités.No que tange ao entendimento da formação socioespacial das sociedades, faz-se necessário a ilustração das práticas da grande corporação e suas múltiplas escalas de operação, considerando o peso das solicitações desses atores à reconfiguração de amplo espaço.
