At this juncture, it was concluded that crony capitalism, evidenced through the relations between the State and companies, was essential for the expansion of the productive space circuit of cellulose in Mato Grosso do Sul.En pocos años y contando con el apoyo ilimitado del Estado, las empresas ubicaron a Mato Grosso do Sul entre los principales productores de celulosa del Brasil.
