Resumo: Galhas entomógenas são alterações atípicas em tecidos vegetaisinduzidas por insetos para a obtenção de abrigo e nutriçãodurante seu desenvolvimento. O crescimento anormal dos tecidosvegetais é coordenado pelo indutor e apresenta variaçõesespecificas de acordo com a espécie de inseto parasita. NoParque Florestal dos Pioneiros, em Maringá –PR, uma árearemanescente de floresta estacional semidecidual, foi verificadaa ocorrência de galhas induzidas por insetos em 35morfoespécies vegetais. O órgão vegetal mais atacado foram asfolhas, sendo a face abaxial a preferida. Nos caules foi observadaa ocorrência em cinco morfoespécies. Quanto a morfologia,as galhas irregulares foram as mais comuns.
