Resumo: O traumatismo dental é um tema relevante, principalmentenos dentes anteriores, influenciando de forma expressiva aestética e função do indivíduo. O objetivo deste estudo éapresentar um caso clínico de traumatismo dental e suareabilitação. Paciente do gênero masculino, 13 anos deidade, sofreu queda e fraturou coroa do dente 11 na regiãodo colo. O exame clínico e radiográfico revelou fraturatotal da coroa sem lesão periapical. O plano de tratamentoconstituiu de endodontia da raiz do dente 11, posteriormentea instalação de pino de fibra de vidro, preparo, colageme adaptação do fragmento coronário, armazenadopreviamente em soro fisiológico. Assim, o cirurgião dentistafrente a um traumatismo dental deve atuar de formaimediata, com técnica e segurança, através de anamnese,exame clínico (intra e extra-bucal), e exame radiográficopreciso. Atuando de forma conservadora sempre que possível,a fim de devolver qualidade de vida ao paciente.
