Resumo: This article aims to analyze the conceptual definitions of the themes that relate to the rights that women who are in a scenario of domestic and family violence have in the labor sphere. Thus, it is intended to answer the following question: what are the concepts and theoretical understandings of the themes related to labor guarantees provided for women victims of domestic and family violence? The theme of work is justified by the fact that there is no legal provision in the legal system regarding labor guarantees for women who were assaulted and who are workers, in addition to being little debated by current doctrine. The approach method will be deductive and the research technique will be bibliographic. Based on the results obtained, it is concluded that the debate on the subject of the labor rights of women victims of domestic violence is urgent and necessary.

Dessa forma, pretende-se responder ao seguinte questionamento: quais são os conceitos e compreensões teóricas das temáticas relacionadas às garantias trabalhistas previstas às mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica e familiar? O tema do trabalho justifica-se por não existir previsão legal no ordenamento jurídico acerca das garantias trabalhistas às mulheres que foram agredidas e que são trabalhadoras, além de ser pouco debatido pela atual doutrina. O método de abordagem será o dedutivo e a técnica de pesquisa será a bibliográfica.
