Examining scholarly literature encompassing pivotal biomarkers—beta-amyloid proteins, tau, neurofilament light chain, and advanced imaging techniques—emphasizes their significance in early diagnosis and disease progression monitoring. Unveiling emerging trends and collaborative networks, this analysis deciphers the multidimensional landscape of AD biomarker research, providing critical insights. Findings serve as a foundational guide for future research endeavors and targeted interventions in the complex realm of AD.
